Bill’s Corner Cafe

This place could be something great but… They have got to have the worst wait staff in the world. I go and go again only to leave frustrated because I sit and wait for maybe just a second cup of coffee or a waitress who had some training of some kind to wait on me. Then I get food that takes for ever and a day to get. I fear this is some owner who thinks he can serve food to the public like he’s having them over in his kitchen at home. I once ordered a pumpkin pancake, the center was so raw I could not believe you would offer something you had no idea how to cook? Please get a decent waitress and maybe hire line cook to get the food served in a timely manner. You have no competition for Sunday home cooked breakfast. You could be killing it. But if you are wondering why not this could be the answer,

My boyfriend and I stopped in for breakfast on a Tuesday morning, we both got the full order of biscuits and gravy and he got the hash browns too. As a southerner I know my B&G and these were delicious! Thick gravy loaded with sausage and lots of it! Next time I’m ordering a half order, although I did enjoy the leftovers. Hash browns were good, coffee was good and service was good. I’d DEFINITELY recommend Bills.
*Biscuits and gravy were about $ 6.50 and you get your moneys worth.

Great corned beef hash, large potions for a great price, local friendly staff! Vegetable omelet was huge and tasty. Good coffee, bottomless cup!

OK so I read the reviews which what brought me in, SO disappointed! My boyfriend said the bacon was the best he ever had which is why I gave it 2 stars, one for the bacon one for the service.

What a great place! Good, service, excellent! Staff wonderful, nice portion sizes, and if you know anything about coffee, Torke, Sheboygans best.

Really enjoyed bills! We will be back.
We sat at a table but many were at the breakfast bar which was also a nice option… especially for someone dining alone.
The half order of the morning special of chicken with biscuits and gravy was perfect for me. And they weren’t trying to be cheap with the gravy… lots of it.
Coffee was good too.
I want to come back and try some other enticing options like the Texas French toast sandwich.
As important was a really nice and friendly atmosphere. Everyone is welcome.

Quality food, great service, decent prices… This place is hard to beat and it definitely does better than Harry’s Diner and some other places in Sheboygan.
I especially like the Mess and the Biscuits and Gravy.

Bill’s has excellent food, great prices, and the pancakes are awesome (and HUGE!!). Our family loves Bill’s Corner Café. :)

I have been here before and I really like it. It’s perfect for this small town! Little café on the corner, very much a mom and pop establishment :) LOVE IT!
We went for breakfast and it was really busy at 9:45am that tell’s you it’s really gooooood! Not a very big building there is limited seating so I don’t recommend this for large groups. Anything over 5 really.
The waitress was pleasant although she had pretty long hair and it needed to be restrained she has lonnnnng wavy hair just bouncing around in a very low ponytail. I’ll admit it made me nervous! She was very helpful as I have never been there for breakfast and I didn’t know what I wanted. (I wanted Grits but I guess its a southern thing *SHEESH!*) I’m still getting used to the differences between northern/​wisconsin food versus southern food. I fiddled around the menu and decided on the eggs and hash. My boyfriend got the 3 stack pancakes. He eats A LOT so I wasn’t sure that would be enough. I was WRONG! The portions here are huge. Dont come here unless you are hungry! My plate was full of hash, 2 eggs, and toast and his pancakes no joke each one was the size of the plate. Way too much food for only 4 – 5 dollars a plate. Very very very good!
The waitress was busy I am sure, it was crowded in there so we didn’t get any refills on drinks and my only gripe is the small black/​brown hair I found at the bottom of my plate. I’m one of those people that stops eating immediately if I see a hair in my food it bothers me and I cant help it :(
I WILL go back, It was really good I just hope that they can keep hair out of the food. But, I understand, it happens!
