Stopped in as there is no Cousins Subs where I live. No Italian bread, we’re out. The 2 workers were about as helpful and friendly as a dead person. Never again, no wonder Cousins is doing so poorly financially.

Ok, first of all i LOVE cousins subs… its a definite change among the Subways and Jimmy Johns that I am used to, BUT…
I don’t know how this place is compared to the other ones in Sheboygan, but compared to the other Cousin’s I have been to… THIS PLACE SUCKS.
I have been in there when it’s busy…
I have been in there when it’s moderately busy…
I have been in there when I’m the only person…
I have been in there when I am in a rush/​am not in a rush…
You get the point?
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE… IT IS SLOW… IT TAKES FOREVER.
If this place wasn’t RIGHT next to where I work, I would NEVER think about going. Today I actually drove all the way to the north end of town to go to a Jimmy John’s instead of this place.
