Far and away best jalapeño cheddar deer sticks I’ve ever had. I hope they never change the recipe. I also buy their award winning brats when I go and they are the finest brats money can buy. I load up the freezer with them. They can’t be beat.

This is a fantastic meat market. Their items range from the traditional to the unusual. We could easily have gone nuts shopping in this place. As it was we filled a Styrofoam cooler with goodies. They also make good salads. The deviled egg potato salad was great. We also got some of their homemade pickled herring and it was really delicious! This will be a must stop place for us on future travels north.

Amazing meat market. This place is huge and their selection of sausages, fresh beef, fresh pork, and ready-to-cook meats(stuffed, marinated, etc.) is terrific. Their selection of fresh poultry is limited to whole chicken fryers, boneless, skinless breasts, and marinated or stuffed breasts. Other poultry is available, but frozen. They have the state-winning bratwurst and so many varieties of sausages that it’s almost overwhelming. It would make a fun project to work one’s way through all the selections. They also have award-winning ham, house-made preserves and dressings, house-made pot pies(bake from frozen), wines, cheeses, and a limited supply of fresh salads and breads. What’s outstanding, though, is how very helpful everyone in the store is. The company culture is such that all people who work in the shop are welcoming and happy to recommend products. They took the time to give me a little tour(it was slow on a weekday) and explain the best way to cook my ready-to-cook meats I’d selected. Other people told me what restaurants in town serve Miesfeld meats. Another recommended the best times to shop at the market(Saturdays can be busy, but I’m told lines move fast) and how to reserve my Thanksgiving turkey. That’s what’s going to keep me coming back: the really helpful people who take time to talk to me and make me feel welcome. Great service, great quality meats. I highly recommend this shop.

Full service butcher. You can even have your venison processed here. Everything is done fresh in the back. They will even ship items when ordered online or even in the store. We have used this service to send care packages of brats to family in less«civilized» areas of the country, where they have no idea the difference between a brat and a sausage. They have excellent landjaeger and bloody mary sausage sticks. The only thing I personally have found I dislike is the experimental brat flavors. We have tried the ruben, chicken cordon blue, and a few other flavors. Personally we have found none of these can beat the grand champions(original) brats

Nothing but the best service and product here. If you need anything custom made, this is the place. Super service and product, period!

This is truly one of the best butchers in Wisconsin. Known for their brats, they offer so much more, too. They have incredible burgers called spencers steaks and the best beef sticks I have ever tasted. They are wirth a stop anytime you are in ir near Sheboygan.

I ordered a whole hog for a Labor Day party. Tracey(sp?) was super helpful and they got me in and out quickly despite being super busy for the holiday. They did the brine injection for free and had all kinds of goodies to browse while I waited for my number to be called. I will be back!

Best full-service butcher and sausage shop in the Midwest! Don’t miss the garlic summer sausage, grand champion bratwurst, home-smoked bacon, and brat patties! Right off 43N, en route to Green Bay and Door County. Don’t miss it!!! The DO accept credit cards.

Might just be the best butcher shop in WIsconsin. Their bratwurst is now the best available(since Poth went out of business) Their hams are outstanding. Beautiful steaks at prices that seem very inexpensive compared to Whole Foods. Not to mention the best Italian sausage ever — you have to ask for it by name, as they keep it in the back for a special someone — and I am not telling the name — some things are best kep a secret!
