Roto-Rooter Drain Cleaining

I had an experience with this company recently which was very troubling. In November, I called to inquire about having a rep come out to my house for a service call. After finally getting a call bsck, the new owner,;i had previously worked with a different owner for probably 7 years or so, finally set an appointment and sent a guy over. After using the apparatus to clear problem 3 times, I was told it was all clear. Charged double what i used to be charged from old owner. problem was back in less than a month. When I called back, owner didn’t respond for days, then when I did catch him, he informed me that there was no warranty on service, unlike most services that are similar. I made an appointment with him to come out anyway and never heard from him again, even after numerous calls. I called Glenns Drain Service soon after, he came on a Saturday, for half the price of Roto Rooter, and problem was solved.
