My 92 year old grandmother who requires the driver to help bump her down the stairs because she cannot walk up or down the stairs was forced by driver of car #17 to walk up and down the stairs. After finding this out, I spoke to supervisor and was promised this wouldn’t happen again. Granted this has never happened again, but now the driver of car #17 refuses to help bump her down. On numerous occasions I was fortunate to be around to perform the said transfer of bumping her down, but I don’t know what would happen if I wasn’t around. I spoke with the supervisors on 3 occasions and was promised on each occasion that it will not happen again. This has yet to be resolved. The driver yells at me to find another ambulette company (which I don’t think he has the authority to tell me to do). Driver of car #17 is selfish and does not care about the patrons. And the supervisors have no authority over their drivers. Very displeased with this company.
