As someone else said, more or less, it’s rather hillbilly. What they do have going for them is probably the best prices for meats. Much better then Giant Eagle or Walmart. Seems better quality too. Their brand of brats and Italian sausage are excellent too. Other then seeing the occasional bearded woman and/or one toothed man smelling of the previous nights Jack Daniels it’s an OK place to good meats.

Wow, I must have been having a really bad day without my fresh mozz fix… Sorry, Apples, that was uncalled for. Sure, it is true that the organic food section isn’t where I might want it to be, but I don’t have any money anyways so I should probably appreciate the fact that I can’t even feel bad about NOT being able to buy the more expensive food… I was thrilled to see that they had a(small) «nice cheese» section. perhaps I missed it last time or maybe its new to Apples. Also, this store kicks so much grocery store butt when it comes to Spices. Weird, eh? But honestly their spice selection blew me away. Variety, especially regarding the sizes.(i HATE using a spice for one recipe but having to purchase 6 ounces of it, which is all just going to expire and then I am just spending more money on spices rather than putting it in my organic foods piggy bank).
