I would take your business elsewhere as well. We ordered a bedroom set from them and we have had it for 4 months which I guess is passed warranty. The footboard is separating and not holding together at all. They told us it probably wasn’t put together right (when their company was the one that delivered it and put it together). They said it could be from laying in our bed. Neither of us our large people and it shouldn’t separate like that from us sleeping. They said even if it was under warranty this defect wouldn’t have been honored by it. The gentleman we spoke too was rude and unhelpful. We were prepared to buy another bedroom set from this company for our guest bedroom before their terrible customer service. I would save yourself the headache and take your business to a reputable location. We went to art van who were absolutely wonderful to us & ended up buying a couch as well. We will definitely never return to macomb mattress for another purchase.

Stopped by once and they were understaffed and too busy to work with me so I had to come back a second time. Came back that second time and was quoted a price then left to take measurements at my home. Returned a few days later and that price was NOT honored. In fact, they accused me of lying. Likely because that’s what they do all day.
I have nothing against salespeople and am one myself but these guys are definitely dishonest.
With all the other choices out there, I definitely wouldn’t go with or trust these guys.
