Long lines are often the case. This always gets me upset seeing the long line before I even start shopping.

Horrible, Horrible customer service, they still. had fleece marked from Black Friday and wouldn’t honor it. The manager was a young woman that had absolutely no managerial skills at all. Save your time and go elsewhere, very poor customer service.

Well, I’ve learned avoid this store at lunch hour. 15 people in line, 2 cashiers open and so far 15 minutes in line. Does no one staff accordingly anymore?

This store is half the size it used to be prior to the latest remodel. Shopping for apparel fabric is pitiful, unless you sew fleece, something made of quilting cotton, or a costume. Want a selection of fabric to sew a dress, or even a quality T shirt, forget it. The sad part, and Joann’s knows this fact. They are the only fabric store in the area unless you want to travel to Royal Oak, or buy from the limited fabric department at Walmart. Stores like this Joann’s on Hall Road is the reason why many people are forced to buy their fabric from online retailers, sight unseen.

This store is always messy. The staff have no idea where anything is, and the managers are mean to not only their employees, but their customers too! I used to go here all the time, but now it’s not worth the time trying to find anything in that mess and then waiting in line for ever.
