Slowest customer service, if you come here prepare to wait at least 20 minutes for your overpriced food

Honestly I only hit the drive through to pick up a few bagels for work. The bagels are good but the services was a little slow. I’ll have to stop by here again to try eating in.

Quick good food. Some stuff is a little pricey but good quality. I need to remember to ask for more dressing on my Cesar Salad next time. They need bigger tables and recycling for all the plastic cups.

The worst food, prices, and service. Every employee I’ve ever talked to there is droned out and sad. I’ve been here about 10 times total and I think it’s safe to say that they’ve gotten it wrong about 6 out of the 10 times. I love the macaroni, but at this location, its mushy starch with cheese. NOT impressed and I won’t be back.

What a waste of my money. Even with a $ 5 coupon, wasn’t worth the $ 7 and change I paid. You would think for as amazing as the description is, and as decent as the food looked, it would be good. But it was far from it. The broth bowl was bland and mush. The whole bowl was one texture– mushy over cooked noodles. The salad was so sad. It was literally probably 1.5 cups in total. One tiny limp cucumber, 2 olives that I’m pretty certain were spoiled and the greens were limp and brown. Not to mention they only gave me less than a 1oz serving of dressing. Yes, the tiny 1oz container was only ½ filled. Seriously?! Won’t come back and won’t recommend.

I haven’t been to this location in months because it is the WORST. Well again this morning I wasn’t disappointed with the consistent terrible service. All I get is a large coffee and would you believe there wasn’t any !!! No dark roast, no light roast and once I get the attention of the counter person to brew up some more, and after waiting for that I find out the half and half canister is empty too. LOL … True story, and stay away from this place.

This place never gets better. From the moment you are greeted by the clueless cashier or when you go back three times to the counter to get all of your forgotten food order, this place just needs to close. Nobody cares! Everything is an imposition should you have a need or ask a question. Immaturity runs rampant and amuck. There always seems to be too many people doing nothing.

My review is only for drive thru experience as I do not dine in. I really like there coffee, both regular and caramel lattés and go there regularly(3−4X week). Occasionally will get sandwich and always good. The drive thru service is inconsistent, at times decent and other times not very personable. I rarely see the same people, they must have high turn over. If you order your bagel sliced, make sure it’s sliced! They never slice when you order it sliced. Check before you leave drive thru! Happened again today. I like there rewards program, frequently receive free bagel and discounts.

The worst Panera Bread location I’ve visited. The girl at the register was impatient. As if I was inconveniencing her(my bad). I got my order to go and of course when I got home I noticed it was wrong. Won’t happen again.

The staff here are some serious robots! Hello… SMILE! They are like dead people walking around.haha.I needed something to chow on before my hair appointment, that wasn’t until another 45 minutes later… I wanted something healthy too, and I figured I could get something here. I did. it was one of those flat bread thingys. it’s pretty small, which was fine, I wasn’t looking for a dinner, just something to stave off the pain of my very loud insides, while I sat during a two hour hair appointment… but it was over $ 7! For the wrap, a soft drink, and a chintzy back of chips for nearly 8BUCKS! Sheesh… so my wallet will be thinned like I plan to be. I dunno… next time, I’ll plan better… I’ve just never been a fan of Panera…

I genuinely love Panera Bread. This location, however, is not up to par. The customer service isn’t always great, and very slow. Don’t get me wrong, the quality of the food is still great, but I don’t enjoy walking into a place and while waiting for my food hearing the staff yelling and complaining. I really believe management should look at how their workers are handling customers. Of course, I’ll still eat here, but not as often as I’d like.

if you are in the mood to get awful customer service and staff yelling, I recommend that you go visit this store. Most likely will NOT go back

Staff is great, place is always clean, and the food is usually cooked properly. Drive through can be slow. But when the person in front of you is ordering $ 50 worth of food, that isn’t Panera’s fault. Good Panera store, a good choice anytime.

Been to this location a few times service at the back window where you pick up the food sucks. Had my order messed up, pager didn’t work and staff wouldn’t acknowledge me to see if this messed up order was mine. The food was ok, standard Panera.

Staffed by immature high school part timers is about the best you can say here. If you want panera food, you are better off driving to another location and skipping the food fights in the kitchen and the mistakes at the register.

I am generally a fan of Panera Bread. I feel they offer great food at a fair price, and it’s always fresh and well prepared. This location, however, is poorly designed and just feel awkward. I understand it’s brand new, but I would expect that a large, national chain restaurant would have some kind of training program that would have been executed and completed prior to opening, but I am not so sure that was the case. The staff seemed confused, and irritated, especially on the food end. Just because you are new and the location is new, doesn’t mean everyone coming in has never been to a Panera. The person behind the prep counter was snippy and close to rude when giving me my food. It’s not like they were busy, we were one of probably four parties in the entire restaurant, but you would have thought it was rush hour at the busiest location they way they were throwing things and yelling. Overall, the food was still Panera quality, but the environment and the service was more like McDonalds.
