Not one to write a review for a business unless it’s a value that I like to share with family and friends. These guys are incredible, if they can’t fix it you won’t be charged! They keep you in the loop with progress of your repair. Friendly and real down to earth people. I work for Verizon Wireless Corp. and really appreciate their expertise and service of cell phones, desk tops and laptops, thank you Simple Computer your simply the best !

Great place! My laptop went down after doing an update. I called a couple places to trouble shoot the problem. The first person never called me back. The other place had me on hold for over 5 minutes that caused me to hang up. My wife texted me a picture of the ad for simple computer repair which I called and spoke to Phil the owner. I dropped my laptop off and he looked it over for free and determined the motherboard had died. Even though it wasn’t good news he was able to save all my data and transfer it over to my new computer. Their prices are very fair and I thought the service and knowledge of everyone I spoke with was fantastic. One of the other things I really liked was the fact that I knew who was working on my computer. Some of the big box stores where you drop off your computer you have no clue who is working on your device with your personal info. Overall great place, I would highly recommend!
