Starbucks

I have never had any problems with this starbucks! Staff is nice and patient, drinks and orders are always done properly. No complaints other than the parking lot… which obviously isn’t their fault. Keep up the great work!

The guy at the cash register was so nice and helpful but Sarah’s rudeness was a shock. I quietly and discreetly and nicely and with a smile asked if they could refill the soap in the bathroom because it was out. I’m assuming they want to be clean and want clean customers. Sarah angrily let me know that there IS soap in the bathroom! Lol. I said well, umm I just was in there and nope after 20 pump attempts no soap. She said well it’s full of soap. I said well can someone fix it so I can have clean hands? She ignored me and her co-​worker tried to be nice to make up for her rudeness and apologized for her. Yet, fifteen minutes later still no soap in the bathroom. So I mean really? Problem solving skills not her strong suit. It’s only coffee so it’s not a big deal but this is Unilocal and cranky people. Calling the dept of health tomorrow. Don’t need anyone around here getting listeria. I’ve been in the food business for awhile. Workers with clean hands save lives.

Clean, fast, convenient, and great service. This is a great Starbucks.

I hate giving bad reviews but honestly the staff was rude and they turned my mood from nice to angry in about half a second. They screwed up a simple double double espresso and I explained to the rude server before hand what that was.
She was so unprofessional but the only reason I’m giving this 2 stars was because the manager stepped in and fixed everything and was very polite.
Wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks at all!!! I would rather go to Tim Hortons any day.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The employees are rude, especially the woman at the register. I said hello and smiled, and she stoically responded «what can I get you» as if I was bothering her. She talked over me when explaining my order, telling me «that’s not really a thing» when I’ve ordered every time I go to any other Starbucks. I was handed a drink with mostly ice and only HALF coffee beverage. When I asked for more soy milk, the woman at the end of the counter threw in a splash, and more ice. What happened to «if we don’t make it right, we’ll remake it for you»? Even if that was the case, I felt more than uncomfortable to do so. On my way to a different location to get a better quality service and more coffee.

The line was really bad at the drive thru. I probably waited 20 minutes. But part of the reason was some lady didn’t know how to use her cell phone to pay for a drink. Anyways the gave me my drink free.

Morning crew have self centered attitudes. Robots that answer questions in monotone. I was drinking my coffee when the staff thought they were alone. They came alive with laughter, banter, and all the personality necessary to upsell products.
Numerous orders from the drive through had to walk in to have them corrected. This crew would rather have fun with fellow co workers then attend to the matters that separate Starbucks from the rest of the pack.

I really like Starbucks coffee, but on two separate occasions I set up my homework here and was too freezing cold to finish it. Even after opening up one of those hand warmer packets my hands were too cold! I packed up and headed to Caribou on 26 mile, much better and more comfortable.

Very good and fast location

As far as Starbuck’s goes, you know you are going to get a decent cup of coffee or whatever beverage you get. However, this location is the least helpful group I have ever encountered. You better know what you want, because any questions here are met with attitude and the «why are you asking me this» glare. Perhaps the staff needs an attitude adjustment, and then this can be a good store!

Talk loud, because they obviously cant hear at this location. My order continuously is made wrong or items forgotten! I’ve been to better Starbucks!

Guess what military folks. No discount for you. Only for Firefighters and COPS. As I was told this morning while waiting for my over priced coffee! Guess I feel more appreciated when I’m in the sandbox fighting to keep our American Soil free of terrorism.
Trust me and they clearly stated we are not as important as cops and firefighters! Wish I didnt like the taste of Starbucks Coffee so much.

Maybe it’s just me, but does everyone else freeze whenever you go to a Starbucks? It’s like they don’t just have the AC on, but they have multiple freezers running and decided to use those to cool down the place.
I’m not a huge Starbucks fan in general and haven’t been for the last 5 years. Since this place is across the street from where I live, and open later than Biggby’s, I decided to escape my home here for a few hours. At least it would have been longer, but apparently I was frozen out. I thought I’d be fine in a t-​shirt and jeans.
I got my staple drink which is a mocha. Does Starbucks coffee also give everyone else a RAGING stomachache? It’s the only coffee I ever have that just makes me feel sick. I know I remember hearing that Starbucks coffee is the most acidic coffee out there, and I’m leaning towards that being correct.
All in all if you’re a Starbucks fan you will love this place due to the drive through. The downside is there is no good entrance/​exit to this place. Plus, the traffic blows in this one little pocket.

Love this location. The drive-​thru is very convenient and quick. The drinks are always done accurately and are very tasty. The employees are friendly. The store is not far off of I-​94, so it is easy to get on and off the highway. It has a very small sitting area and retail section, but it is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this location.
