Worst customer service ever. Have been here many times and everytime their service blows. I don’t know if the girl was mad because i was ordering snacks or what(from the looks of her she could have inhaled the whole showcase with one try) but she didn’t say hello, no thank you no smile, nothing and she had the nerve to toss my bag to me. Bet if i would have Had a twinkie in my hand that would have got her attention. If you’re that miserable then go get another job. This is why i prefer REAL bakeries not these little dumps selling frozen donuts they reheat, yes all their goods come in premade all they do is reheat them. Explains the lack of skills on both ends.

I hate to have to give this place a one star rating but my first experience here will be my only experience here. My girlfriend and I came here for a quick meal before seeing a movie. It took twenty minutes to obtain two breakfast combos. People inside were working hard it seemed yet the entire time we were there multiple sets of people were growing frustrated at their wait. One man and his family were waiting to get a plain bagel which had been in a bag behind the counter for almost five minutes. He couldn’t get any ones attention. My meal in particular was a farmers breakfast wrap with bacon. After a long wait I received a tortilla with bacon and egg and unmelted shredded cheese. Not at all what I ordered but even then, the cheese not being melted is why they were simply cutting corners at this point to try and catch up. My girlfriend had some kind of sandwich which was not warm and her cheese wasn’t melted either. We didn’t eat inside because no tables were bussed and cleaned and really there was so much chaos that it was better to eat in the car. We only had 15 min left anyway before our film. I enjoy a weekly Tim Hortons meal on the way to work but it’s the Romeo location. This location was not even passable. I hope for the restaurant and this neighborhood that this was a fluke and the store was just having a bad day… but it was a poor choice by me this morning.

Horrible service here. They’ve messed my order in one way or another the past four times I have gone. I wonder if the staff is that incompetent or I’m that unlucky. Also I get the same coffee every time but it tastes sometimes unbearably bitter half the time. Would not recommend to anyone.

Fool me once… Anyways.Ive tried & tried this Tim Hortons, last visit was so bad had to write corporate a note. Pulled in «TRIED» to place my order, but her headset was not very functional & she could not hear me as I repeated the order 3 times So when I arrived at the window, I mentioned, might want to replace that non– functional headset. She scolded me & asked do you have an extra $ 876 for it? I just said. its not my problem but Tim Hortons. Wow!

I love the coffee here! So smooth and delightful! God please franchise to the south!
