Pizza Hut

People please someone in Shelby step up on hiring and firing… plus learn to cook. Haven’t eaten at pizza hut since late 90’s used to love this chain… you remodeled oh wow your pizza sucks plus the service. While waiting for our order an older gentleman came to front looked around no service 10 minutes later came again can we have a refill on our water? Really? You should have spent less on the tv’s here and more on a beverage bar and salad bar. Got a grilled. chicken salad

they added he replied you see it here on the receipt in bold letters they can’t miss that… yeah they missed it. Stood at counter waiting just to see if they stayed on their toes… they could have cared less about the dining room or the carry out customers. And to not ruin my Sunday with my family I let slide… I’m a huge Unilocal fan whoever created this. I don’t wanna be rude but seriously it’s freaking ridiculous in Shelby… ugh won’t be eating here again for the next 15 year’s…

I really like Pizza Hut. I love trying a variety of pizzas but there is just something about Pizza Hut’s pizza that does it for me. This location has been closed for quite some time due to remodeling and it has just now reopened. My wife and I went to eat there and were both impressed by how it looks inside. It’s very modern and while not any larger than it was, it has been greatly improved. The food was served hot and fresh and the service was good.
I only have two complaints– 1. I always find Pizza Hut’s menus to be confusing. There are so many little factors that come into play and it feels like they nickle and dime you over stuff. 2. They don’t deliver to me. I live only a mile or two away and know that they deliver to folks we know who live further away. If we think about it we’ll call a pizza in and pick it up if we’re passing by, which is much cheaper. Pizza Hut charges a delivery fee which doesn’t actually go to th driver. You still have to tip. If you’re dining in or carrying out, though, this is a nice clean location. It can be a pain to get into the parking lot on a busy night, though.
