I really try — it’s not always easy — to support local business, so I walked to this place and made an appointment. Office manager wasn’t there so spoke to her following day about insurance. Apparently my mistake was mentioning Medicare & Medicaid first, which let her know that I’m poor. Just guessing here. But she was very snippy. Said those don’t pay. Then I said«IU Health» insurance. She turned that down real quick. So I called them and, sure enough, I’m covered. So I called the lady back. Very argumentative. Told her I wanted to talk to her boss, she said«that’s me», which was a lie of course. Not to her, obviously. Bosses, customers, she rules ‘em all. Told her I’d keep appt. but have the doctor call me. That happened, he said that everything she told me was wrong, so I said she owes me an apology. He told me to see another doctor. YOU should, too!
