Always enjoy myself when I stop here for classes. A semi wide range of choices from what you would expect from a Chinese fm buffet. I have most of what they put out and they all are good to great and you won’t have any trouble finding something that you will like.

There is a good chance you will find me here on Thursday. A weekly family stop has become one of my favorite traditions. The food is an American version of Chinese cuisine. Forks and chop sticks available. Sushi and crablegs.

I’m giving it 3 stars because it’s one of those average Chinese places. This places food is very common to almost any Chinese place you can imagine so I won’t really go into detail about their«specialties«but I will tell you this, be careful on what you eat! For example I found a long hair on the chicken. A rude Chinese guy which I assume was the kitchen manager kept telling me it was chicken hair… Are you serious! Other than that guy in particular the staff is very friendly. They usually try to speak Spanish to me which I take the nice way. Sometimes they also teach me basic Chinese stuff which is funny.

This place is mediocre at best. At least they do keep food stocked fairly well. It’s a good place to go when you don’t have much time and need a quick but decent sit-down lunch.

This place had a car drive thru its front window by accident about 1 year ago and finally just re-opened recently. The food seems better than it was before and they have sushi which is a bonus. Place looked very nice, was clean, food was warm, although sometimes before it was on the cold side, everything seemed fresh and tasted fine this trip. All the basics for a $ 10 Chinese buffet, nothing extra special, but not bad either. The servers seemed to clear away plates more quickly, as I do not like a stack of empty plates sitting on my table while eating.

We are up and down Interstate 74 quite a bit, and it’s usually a convenient lunch or dinner stop. We actually stopped this Sunday evening to have BBQ near here, but that restaurant is closed on Sundays, so we decided to give King’s Buffet a try, not really knowing what to expect. It was pretty darn good! It had a larger selection of food than many Chinese buffets, and it was all fresh and swapped out on a regular basis. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and professional. No one dish stood out as outstanding, but it all was tasty, hot, and filling. We’ll be back.

The food was good as a Chinese buffet could be. I have had better but no complaints.
