If you expect customer service, avoid this post office. Clerk Joi will be given envelopes to weigh and then tell you a prices. A week later those envelopes were return as inadequate postage. If you plan on shipping two day shipping by paying the extra price, understand that it frequently takes 4 – 12 days for the package to arrive If you bring it to the attention of the Postmaster they will make you feel like its your fault and that they are too busy to do anything about it. If you call the 800 customer service number, you will fair no better. This is another government agency that has no supervision.
