EPDM Coatings

Ordered from their website and was double billed. Customer service is non-​existent. Their was a mistake made and they took extra $ 500 but instead of letting me know they kept my money for 9 days and never once reached out to tell me that they saw the mistake until I contacted them first about it. Stay away from this company. I am making sure next guy knows about it BEFORE he gets taken for a ride also. They are threatening legal action against me for posting my truthful 1^st experience with them. Go figure I got treated bad and they want to sue me for Slander.

This product states a 10 year warranty, I purchased their liquid rubber for my motor home cause it leaked. I followed their instructions to the T, but the leaks did not seal. I called them and send pictures and they told me that they would send me a check and replace the product. A week later I get a message from PROGUARD, cause EPDM Coating is a distributor, (but this is where I purchased this 10 year warranty product). A guy named Pete (Sales guy) tries to convince me that this is not a warranty and goes through the same steps I used to re apply. This time he tells me I should of used a primer, which I told them that EPDM Coating web site clear states that I don’t need a primer. He totally ignores this and goes on about re applying with the primer which I agreed to do. I mentioned not to worry about a refund if he was going to replace the product (original cost $ 368.00) and I would purchase the primer. After discussing the rework I had to do he tells me that customer service will contact me to get a shipping address. When I get the call they wanted almost another $ 500.
These guys are a joke, their distributors say one thing and then some sales guy decides he is going to give me the replacement product at cost?
WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE DO THEY HAVE? WHAT IS THEIR WARRANTY? I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT TO SEAL MY ROOF AND GET RID OF THE LEAKS.
I’m going to court with this case cause I don’t want others to have to go through this.
