The staff at this Gamestop is relentless at trying to upsell you, get you to sign up for their Rewards Program (which costs $ 15 and you do not need), pre-​pay for upcoming games, update packs, etc. to the point that it is extremely annoying. The employees do nothing but berate you with this nonsense as you try to complete a simple transaction. It’s impossible to go in, grab a game you want for a price you expect, and go home happy from this Gamestop.
Save your money and buy your games on Amazon. The only time you’ll find a new game cheaper at Gamestop than you will at Amazon is when you trade-​in a relatively new game (less than 6 months old) and subtract the value off your new game. However, even when I am in that situation, I travel a little further to other Gamestop stores, because I know how particularly annoying this Shelton store is.

It’s small, the selection is mediocre, but there is almost never a crowd or a long line. Take it as you will.
