After waiting over an hour for an appointment that he insisted was an «urgent matter».he saw me for 45 seconds (at most), told me that my eyes had been bothering me for 6 months due to a dust allergy, gave me no recommendations, and then sent me a bill for $ 800. Then, for a week I was broken out in hives from the solution that the nurse used on me which I informed them about and they told me I would have to come in for another «urgent» appointment two weeks from then… I would recommend going somewhere else.
I have since left messages and sent them a letter talking about the poor service and disputing the bill and have received no response.

Dr. Pinke has been giving me eye exams and glasses since I was young, and he was always friendly and professional. He did my aunt’s cataract surgery a few years ago and she was super grateful and says he did a great job. Seems like they don’t sell glasses here anymore but you can get those at Lenscrafters or whatever your local shop is instead after he gives you a prescription, I think they still do contact lenses though. Thanks Dr. Pinke!
