Dominick C. is one of the kindest and knowledgeable sales associates there! He helped me make my first dryer purchase and never made me feel pressured to rush or buy something I was unsure about. :) I will be coming back to this place, it’s a family friendly area!

I had to buy a washer, dryer, dishwasher and over range microwave, so was dreading the expense as well as the hassle of finding everything. My salesperson(Dominic) was incredibly helpful, and I ended up getting all 4 items at this store. Moreover, I don’t think I could have beat the price anywhere else. One stop shopping AND a great deal. What’s not to like?

I dropped off my lawn mowing machine for repair over a month ago, on June 17th, and as of today, July 24th, they keep telling me it will be ready the following week. Meanwhile my lawn it’s 18 inches tall. I am so tired and furious of their poor service. I will never buy anything from Sears again. I just talked to Katherine over the phone and apparently they don’t know where my machine is. what am I supposed to do here? PLEASEHELP!!! Unbelievable… Very mad customer

I bought a new washer from sears and the salesman Domenic and his manager(forgot her name) were nice and for an extra 20 bucks they let me pick my delivery time. Since I work M-F days it was worth 20.00 to guarantee my delivery time to be between 4pm-9pm. The evening before delivery I received 2 phone calls confirming this delivery window. Delivery day comes and at 2:00pm the degenerate, unprofessional delivery guy calls and to tell me he will be at my house in 10 min. I explained my guarantee delivery time I paid extra for and he said well it’s now or Monday cause other people canceled. I couldn’t leave work so I had to wait til Monday. Well Sunday night I again get 2 calls confirming delivery window of 4−9pm and low and behold Monday at 2:00 the delivery guy calls and says he’s on his way. I once again told him about the 4 – 9 window and He said«this always happens» well luckily my neighbor opened my door to let them in. Why does the store get one star? Because they were of no help when I went in and told them what was going on. They waived the 20.00 delivery fee, well big deal. They should wave it since it wasn’t delivered in that time frame. They also said this always happens and nothing they can do about it either. Well sears until you get better delivery service I will no longer purchase anything from your store ever again. Domenic and manager you could have warned me ahead of time of nightmare delivery service. Enjoy your commission, you won’t get another dime outta me!

A small hardware-related store. The selection is sufficient, but not up to Sears standards, and the staff is generally somewhere between«resigned but present» to «surly and actively unhelpful». Come if you know what you need and can find it yourself. Otherwise, go somewhere else, for your sanity’s sake.

I love the business model of this store. Not a gargantuan Sears where you butt elbows with the folks doing clothes and perfume shopping, but a dedicated, large venue, with knowledgeable employees, that sells only tools, generators, garden and hardware equipment and associated matériel. I could come here and spend hours perusing the shelves. From fireplace and equipment maintenance to the latest, state-of-the-art machinery, they have it.

Nice and clean, not great service. Always find what I want, just wish there was someone around I could ask questions to. Oh, and when I say«someone», I mean someone knowledgeable. Some 17 year old kid with«training» on products is NOT knowledgeable! Good location, will return when I need to, but I tend to go to other places with more knowledgeable staff. Sorry sears :(
