Unpleasant experience from walking in through the door. Drove 25minutes to get to this location to arrive exactly at 5:57pm on Saturday. Where I was bluntly told by the only female employee, «we are closed» wait a minute, the sign says 6pm? There was no way in heck she was going to take one last customer. HERE’S BAD NEWS, YOU JUST LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER! NEVER WASTE YOUR TIME FOR THIS BUSINESS, WHEN CLEARLY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS

I had the misfortune of dealing with Madison (with the metal piercing below her lip), not once, but twice. I do not think I have ever met anyone more rude and miserable in my life. She acts as if you are doing her an incredible disservice by even walking in the door. The first time I dealt with her, she left a bad taste in my mouth with her incredibly caustic personality. The second time I left left and I took my clothes back that I was going to drop off. I cannot in good faith give my money to a company that employs someone whose sole job seems to be to drive business away.
****3.9% surcharge on credit card transactions**** even though that notice is conveniently located under a PayPal logo and not the credit card logos. Not only is this just slightly misleading advertisement of the acceptance of credit, but 3.9% is an astronomical surcharge in 2014.
I originally came here because this cleaners was on the way home. I will gladly drive a few more minutes to another cleaners than give Simonetti Cleaners one more dollar of my money.
