Taco Bell

They don’t use gloves. Isn’t that required? I know gloves doesn’t mean they’re anymore sanitary though because some people never change their gloves. They also forgot quite a few items

The Taco Bell staff are awesome! They are always fun and friendly. I go to this Taco Bell regularly, and I have seldom had an order issue. I do however have an issue with corporate Taco Bell (Pepsi co). This community needs the charity dollars to stay in it. I fault most of the corporate restaurants for taking donations and sending the money elsewhere. Pizza Hut, and McDonald’s give locally often, so I give them more stars :).

The food is just like any Taco Bell (cheap and good when you need something quick), but I kid you not, this Taco Bell shorts me my food at least 50% of the time I go there. I’ve been going there my whole life and most times I get my food, look through the bag, and find something is missing even though I paid for it. This is obviously frustrating when it’s such a regular thing and sometimes I don’t notice in time to get it fixed, or for it to be worth fixing after time and gas involved. I just wish the employees would be more careful with drive-​thru orders and make sure their customers are getting everything they paid for.

Eh, it’s Taco Bell. What do you expect? But it gets 4 stars because they have great, friendly employees. They always get my order correct, even when I’m being picky. It’s super clean. And they are really fast, even when they’re busy!

Second time in this Taco Bell. The first time the cashier was awesome which distracted from the moderate urine smell. Just went in a few minutes ago and the urine smell was nauseating. I smells like someone just urinated in the lobby. I almost didn’t order, but I was hungry and said to hell with it.

For some reason they do not have heat in this place in the winter. Because of this the food is cold or cold before you eat it. The food has a funky smell to it maybe it is the cleaning agent used? Take a Whiff of your food before you eat it I hope I am wrong. The drive thru is tuff to get through unless you have a smart car and it also blocks the tiny parking lot. If you insist on eating here park in the shopping center lot! Also the beans are runny with water added the bean burrito is like trying to eat a tortilla with Bean soup just pours out the end. The portions are extremely small compared to the Olympia Taco Bell. Too bad WA does not have Del taco which is at least twice as good! Just because they are a big chain doesn’t mean they can serve crap if they were a small business they would have closed long ago! Also they seem to only pick up trash from their small parking lot and not the shopping center around their area!

Awesome friendly service at the drive through… Sincere woman attended to us, with much love and respect.
Our friendliness led to friendly aggression, but it was all in good goofy faith.

Update: I initially gave a full 5 star rating, but I changed that passionately to a strong 3, after going back to the hotel 8 miles away, due to the fact that I didn’t get my bag of HOT SAUCE!!!

I’ve always been a fan of most Taco Bell locations. Cheap food at a decent price. But some skimp on portions. Some have unfriendly employees. But THIS Taco Bell really impressed me recently! I was doing some work in Shelton and stayed a few days and ended up going thru their drive-​through 2 nights out of the week I was there. The drive-​thru lady who took my order and greeted me at the window was super friendly! Very polite and professional. I’m sure she could have gone without telling me to «Please pull up to the window» when there were cars ahead of me, but otherwise she was awesome.
I don’t appreciate employees fishing for comments at ANY place I go. This Taco Bell certainly does this. Both visits, they told me «Don’t forget to call the 800 number on your receipt». Well, I didn’t. I don’t have time for that. They reward you for your time with a free 89 cent taco. Wow.
But what impressed me most about this particular Taco Bell was how much they put on their soft tacos! OMG! I could barely hold them! In fact most Taco Bell locations you can roll your taco to make it easier to hold. Not here! They put so much stuff in them that you’re lucky to even fold the top over! Love it! And their burritos are equally as stuffed!
I’ll never forget these two visits, and will probably always make a habit of stopping here whenever I go to Shelton, which is quite often since my sister lives there.
Yep, Shelton has an AWESOME Taco Bell. Maybe I’ll go inside next time to see how the service is when you dine in.
