If you’re having to use fertility services, chances are you’ve had a challenging journey and the decision you made hasn’t come lightly. We initially visited HFI based on a referral from our OBGYN doctor.
When we had our first consultation, the staff explained the procedures, costs, risks, and pretty much everything else one could think of. In addition to the nursing staff, we met with Dr. Bello, who is beyond brilliant in her profession. She also explained her role and didn’t sugar coat the coming weeks, months, etc.
After soaking in the information, we decided to proceed. We initially hit some major speed bumps after beginning the process. Dr. Bello hit each situation head on and worked through everything. She was very accommodating and was able to help guide us to a successful pregnancy.
Words cannot describe how caring and concerned the folks at HFI are for you and your family. Without getting in to a bunch of private details, they went above and beyond in every way possible. If I could give them 10 starts or more — I would. If you are trying to make the decision on whether or not to proceed with fertility treatments, please go talk to these folks. It’s the best decision we ever made. :-)

I would give this place negative stars if it were available. I have never been treated so rudely at a doctor’s office in my life! The ladies at the front desk are incredibly rude and irritated if you have any questions. We paid lots of money to the HFI and had treatments for over a year with no results and no explanations. Dr. Griffith is very nice but only saw him twice in 8 months. DO NOT spend your money here. So sad that these types of people are in this type of sensitive business.
