I’ve been a customer for quite a while and have been fairly happy but recently noticed that they weren’t getting my dress shirts clean. When the attendant called the owner to see about rewashing 3 of the shirts, I could clearly hear him telling the attendant that if I can do a better job then I should do it myself. Wow. I didn’t think my request was unreasonable particularly since I had brought it to their attention before. I was also disappointed that the owner put his employee in such a bad position.
