Every week my husband and I go through the drive through(conveniece only) and order 2 large coffees after visiting with our son and his family. 1 with 3 cream and 3 sugar and 1 with 3 cream. After getting sugar in my coffee more than once, I sent an email to corporate and the general manager replied and said he was training his staff. For two weeks this worked well. Big 3 marked on the cup for cream and 3 for sugar and mine just had 3 cream. Last night before making our hour and 30 min drive home we stopped at McDonalds for our coffee. Lets just say If I need a cup of coffee I will go across the street to White Castle or order a large black coffee and getting cream at the window after paying. May not seem like anything to get upset over but giving a diabetic sugar is unacceptable. April 15 fast food workers are striking over a raise. These employees don’t deserve a raise. Send them back to school or home to learn how to follow directions and read.

Remodeled but they forgot to train the staff. 20 minutes between getting in line and food service. At least ten staff visible, but only one could take orders and he couldn’t count back change. The place was hopping, mostly with people who had wrong orders, ours included… how hard is it to make a plain grilled chicken sandwich? Apparently as hard as getting a kids meal correct. Food all over the floor at the cook table, the poor guy was slip sliding on lettuce. Something must have been wrong with the hot trays because everyone was complaining that the only thing warm in their order was the soft drinks. I guess you can clean the old dog up, but he still only knows his old tricks. Check your order before driving away from the window.
