Not only does Slow Train have great coffee and tea, they also have AMAZING from scratch Mexican food! Wow! Was not expecting the quality and great flavor! Highly recommend!

I was in desperate need of some coffee as we were traveling through Oregon on vacation. I looked up «coffee» on my Google Maps on my phone and this place came up. It’s in the middle of a very small town. If I lived here I’d come here everyday to work.
It was super cute, small, cozy, all the things you’d want in a coffee shop. The lady who took my order and made my coffee was so nice! Her son cashed me out. Family business?
If you are near the area and are in need of some Java, skip Starbucks and come here. The coffee was delicious.

Even their decaf breve latte was incredible and the service was great! We bought one of their little coffee presses and it works really well — makes great coffee.

We only stopped for a few minutes to get coffee, but the place is cozy and cute. The barista is also very sweet and friendly.
It’s probably the only coffee shop in the small town of Sheridan.
Edit: my ex wrote this but I remember how much what the barista did meant to us. She offered help without hesitation in a very dark time in our lives. This has nothing to do with coffee which honestly all tastes the same to me (unless the barista is pretty). I am shocked how much of a sidenote my ex made the barista out to be. I hope the barista finds all the happiness in the world and holds onto it – she deserves it.
