Speedway

Recently, I stopped at this Speedway while traveling through along State Road 38 with the desire for a restroom break and a soda from the fountain. Hmm, I did not see a public restroom. It might have been outside as the building looked rather old, and I was willing to inquire as I was to make my soda purchase. However, as I stood in front of the counter to render payment for my drink, I was not acknowledged by either of the two employees standing behind the counter. I observed that they were busy with some issue regarding a petrol purchase outside, but to not even be given the courtesy of an acknowledgement or an apology after my several minutes wait was quite rude. I contained my ire, but chose not to continue my unappreciated customer relationship with my would-​be inquiry.
They say that in business that it takes a long time to build a trusting relationship but only a moment to destroy one, on my first and ONLY visit, I suspect they chose to forego the first part. Good riddance!
