Vacuums r us review
For repairs to my vacuum, I have been into the store several times and the gentlemen have always been very nice and have been able to quickly fix it. The last time I picked it up I was told nothing was wrong with it. They had checked it, and cleaned it, yet didn’t charge anything. I am quite sure at a minimum, something had to be done (maybe the belt was not on correctly) because the roller wasn’t rolling. Now that is great customer service and good will! The only reason for 4 stars, not 5, is that they do not work on old Discovery vacuums. In addition to repairing my old vacuum, when it is time to buy another vacuum, I will go there.

These guys did a very good job repairing an expensive lamp that we knocked over. The welded grommet was broken off, and they replaced it with a washer and nut on top and bottom of the flange that held the light fixture. They even painted it to match the rest of the lamp and only charged us $ 30 for a job that appears to have been pretty complicated.

I have never seen anyone move so quickly as the clerk at this store when I pulled into their empty lot at 5:59pm. They close at 6:00 and he was in such a hurry to leave he couldn’t wait to turn off the OPEN sign and lose my business forever. All over a potential 30 second transaction. Would not bother me at all if this business fails.

So I had past this place a few times and thought OK are they trying to be like Babies R Us or Toys R Us. Not sure, but a friend needed a vacuum so her and I went into the shop on afternoon.
We were greeted by a very nice guy and they have both new and used vacuums, mainly new, and all types of brands, quite a few that my friend and I that hadn’t even heard of.
So we finally found a vacuum that would work, picked up nicely, we were able to try it in the store and was light enough she could carry it home and at a decent price.
Not too pushy sales people either.
So if you can get past them sort of copying «Toys R Us» they are a good store with a wide selection and they don’t charge too much for all there vacuums, many’s were very affordable.
