NEVER TAKE ANYTHING YOU CARE ABOUT TO THIS CLEANERS!!! They ruined my beautiful faux fur Pottery Barn blanket, which I’d had cleaned elsewhere before. They completely ruined it and refused to take any responsibility for destroying it. Not only that but the older woman who’s always there was so rude and nasty about it. She yelled in my face and accused me of bringing it in already ruined and lying about it to try and get money out of them. She kept telling me that all they did was clean it and that it was brought in that way, which it wasn’t. She told me it’s made in China and I should take it up with them. Whatever that means! I could’ve lived with them ruining it and apologizing for it, but accusing me of trying to extort money from them was more than I could stomach. When I told her that I was going to write a negative Unilocal review and take her to small claims court, she just kept saying over and over, «no you won’t, no you won’t». I’ve worked in the service industry my whole life and I can’t believe the manner in which this place thinks it’s appropriate to treat their customers. I could’ve ruined it myself for free and not had to pay these horrible people $ 25 for it. So now I’m not only out a beautiful blanket but $ 25 bucks as well.
I’m sure all the people who wrote a favorable review have had a good experience with them, but I’d like to see their opinion once this place ruins something that matters to them and refuses to take responsibility. Because it will happen eventually. Also, take note that the two unfavorable reviews are recent and very similar. Quite telling.
I strongly urge anyone who’s had a negative experience here to write a review so more people will know how dishonest this business is and stop supporting them. Especially when there are many other reputable dry cleaners in Sherman Oaks to choose from.
And I will be taking them to small claims court, not for the money, but for the principle of it. They need to realize that when you own and run a business, you have a responsibility to take care of the belongings your customers entrust you with. These people clearly have no concept of that, nor do they care.

Had my favorite «go-​to» black dress dry cleaned here, and may I remind you this was my first visit here. Picked it up and the material was shredded. Favorite black dress now ruined. The lady behind the counter kept telling me, «well, we dry cleaned it cause it says dry clean only.» No shit Sherlock, that’s why I got it f’ing dry cleaned. I’ve owned it for over two eyes and have worn it more than ten times. Each time I get it dry cleaned and this has never happened. The material or fabric wasn’t even starting to look distressed, it still looked brand new. THEN I tell her I want her to pay for my other items or give me a discount and all she does is tells me she won’t charge me for the dress and then keeps avoiding my questions or requests for a discount. Because she clearly has no sense of customer service, I sucked it up, paid, and told her I will never be returning. These people will ruin your clothes and still make you pay for it. Never returning here again. Thanks for nothing, a-​holes.

They do a great job here. Fast and VERY pleasant service. The only place I go in Sherman Oaks!

Really convenient, easy to get in and out of, and pretty darn affordable. They cleaned and pressed a two-​piece suit for $ 13, which is quite a bargain.
One time I got there about 10 minutes after they had closed, but they were just on their way out so they let me come in and pick up my dry cleaning!
The same little Korean lady is always there when I drop something off, and she’s a total sweetheart. This is definitely my go-​to place.

This professional dry cleaning business is Korean and family-​owned. But they are anything but typical to just any other cleaners out there. They are meticulous, extremely affordable and most of all, they have a great memory. They never forget a face! When they met me for the first time, they entered my name into their computer and have neither forgotten me nor the Italian ever since. They see the Italian get out of the car and they already knew that it was under my name, who I was and what I had dropped off. That’s pretty amazing to me. I love this cute, mom-​and-​pop business and will be returning here for all of my professional dry cleaning needs. Thanks A-​1!
