Aquatic and Physical Therapy Rehabilitation

If I could give zero stars I would. Mind you, I have never set foot in this place. Like the previous poster, I called several times and left messages (a machine always picked up). No one ever bothered to call me back. Today I decided to try one more time to book water therapy and to my shock a girl answered the phone!!! I told her I wanted to book a consultation session for water therapy and she told me she couldn’t because they «don’t have a pool in their new facility.» I asked if they could recommend anyone and she said she thought there was a place in north Hollywood but she wasn’t’t sure. Um, why have a web site stating you offer water therapy in a salt water pool if you don’t? Why not call patients back after they have left one message, let alone five!?! Don’t waste your time with this joint. They are ridiculously disorganized, disrespectful and totally unprofessional.

I called THREE times today just to try to book an evaluation. I was told the first 2 times I would get a call back because the receptionist was too busy. When I took the initiative to call the third time, the receptionist had gone home for the day.
I let whoever answered the phone this was my first impression of the business, but she didn’t seem to care much. If this is how they treat me over the phone, I don’t think I trust them with my body.
