Ben & Jerry’s

The rating a strictly for customer service. The guy with the glasses did not want to help me. I did not get a hello nor a thank you… I mean if you don’t like serving customers quit your job. So rude.

On any hot day in the valley, the first thing that comes to mind is iScream! Ben & Jerry’s has an interesting history that I won’t go into detail but you can read it’s wiki. I’ve had a few dozen of their flavors, I promise it taste as the name states.
The young women working here were extremely nice and happy to hand out sample after sample, their serving size is NOT a ‘measured’ and perfectly balled scoop: They ALWAYS fill your cup till it’s piratically falling out (view my pic) … they are too generous with the ice cream and the reason why they sell so much. In a small business it’s all about making clients happy, Ben & Jerry’s has kept me happy for over 15 years! … now how do I get them to open up more locations.

I only submit 5-​Star reviews, if I post a review it’s cause ‘hat’s off” I recommend the establishment and will return for another experience. I don’t feel the need to submit a review with less than 5-​Stars, regardless if I check in, submit a picture or tip. I suggest Unilocal change it’s reviews to a category scoring system, then is when I can be fair and review each place I visit.

The best service. Ice cream was delicious and so glad I stopped by. Elizabeth was fantastic bravo to this company. I will be back. If everyone worked as hard as Elizabeth we would live in a perfect world

The service here was great! The young woman who helped me were friendly and generous with the ice cream scoop! Definitely the go to place when you’re craving something sweet and delicious like ben and jerry’s !
