I was driving to work in my 2014 white ATS just up the hill from the shop, I noticed after a rough stretch of road the rear of my car started to bounce a bit, I drive it slowly back down the hill straight to the busy shop, mind you it was a Saturday morning.
I spoke with the service adviser told him what I experienced and he said «maybe a control arm, but that doesn’t just break it must of been in an accident» I stated exactly what happened and that I had an extended warranty, he said again «it doesn’t cover if it was in an accident» at this point I started to get upset as the car was never in a wreck. That alone seemed odd to me he would jump to that answer with no visible wreck damage that would cause metal to break. He then stated well let me get your info after he started to put in it the computer he said «well your probably looking at 1200 $ or so… you should call your insurance company to get compensation as a collision, but you have 5 open recalls we will take care of» he did give me a rental car for the weekend at no cost thank you for that at least…
I left the car behind it was there for 10 days and spoke to my insurance company they took a look at it and noticed no way it was in any accident. (the reason he said it was involved in a wreck witch cased this control arm to break was the bumper had been nudged in the passed and visibly you can see a sensor slightly pushed in, ok first of all if it was hit there to make a section of solid metal literally break you would see a chain of energy from point of impact to the metal that broke) ???
So I had the car towed out of there and taken to my normal body shop I take all my cars… The COST that WAS covered by warranty was 186 dollars after parts and labor and only 24 hours in the new shop and my car was ready… Case de cadilac REALLY???
Oh hey Rino, next time don’t assume something isn’t covered by an extended warranty especially if you don’t call them and check.
My warranty that DID cover this part said they were never contacted by the dealership to begin with… What did you guys do besides take care of the recalls? Witch I hope you did…
The stigma that mechanics are shady is still around due to experiences like this.

Very personable small dealership attention. I actually liked the healthy approach to not having donuts in the waiting room like other places. Tough love I guess. Instead, free car wash, excellent coffee, and service with a smile. I’m definitely returning. Good for my car, good for my figure.

As always the service here is spot on and the staff is amazing. Strange as it is i truly do get the feeling that they genuinely do care about providing good service. The entire place feels very welcoming and I can honestly say strangely enough I enjoy my time waiting around here while my oil change is being done. As long as I live in the Valley, I wouldn’t consider going to another Cadillac dealer. You, my friends, have a dedicated customer.

Excellent customer service and customer appreciation was present at GM service. I brought my Buick which had a weird issue with the wheel. I have not purchased the car from them but they went extra way to help me, offering rental and other help.

The WORST customer service there is!
Had my car dropped off there to have them look at the lift gate that was failing to open.
The vehicle had been there for THREE days and not a soul has contacted me, even AFTER I made repeated calls to them asking for a status update. They would reply with a very insincere ‘sorry’ and take my number saying that the service manager will call ASAP. I am beginning to wonder if they’ve ruined, or sold it off, and are scrambling! Shady!
THREE DAYS!!! And still nothing from them!
I would never recommend using this ‘service’ dept. Avoid at all costs.

I received a letter in the mail offering me a substantial rebate on a 2016 Buick Cascada. So I bit.
The salesperson was polite, but not terribly professional. I knew more about the vehicle than he did and I think it should have been the other way around. He wasn’t able to answer any of my questions.
I also wasn’t allowed to test drive the car on the freeway, and that was not helpful. The selection of this model was very very slim, only had three to look at, and the one I was considering was scratched all over. It seemed more like a used car.
The deal was ridiculously overpriced. I walked away and bought my 2016 Cascada the next day from Thorson Motors in Pasadena. I truly had a much better experience with them. They actually wanted to sell me a car, the staff was knowledgeable of the product, they allowed me to drive the car as much as I liked, had plenty of Cascadas to choose from, and gave me a payment I could live with. My case experience, as you can see, was 180 opposite.

Horrible customer service. Not one professional employee there. Very rude and full of scams. Was much better in the past. I go to Symes Cadillac in Pasadena now to avoid being treated like shit by lazy people trying to rip me off. Adiós casa! Lol

Victor walked me through the experience of leasing my first car with no hassle and no worries! I knew what I wanted (Buick Encore), and he walked the lot and found the exact car for me. We wrote it up and boom, new car! Thanks to everyone at the dealership for being so helpful and getting the deal done in no time!

Owning a Saab can be complicated. They were never popular in California and were mostly sold by GM dealers as a necessary evil to bring in a little extra money.
The L.A. area has three Cadillac/​GM dealerships who still service the Saab brand. They are Casa de Cadillac, Martin («Beverly Hills» or West L.A.), and Symes Cadillac.
When I took my Saab to Symes, they acted like the car was an unfathomable mystical creature. «We only have one guy who works on them and he only does oil changes,» I was told. [See my review of Symes if you want to see the shitstorm that followed]
So I came here for my first time to order one part which had to be ordered and took a week. They called me as promised when the part arrived, and when I showed up to pick it up, the man at the parts desk greeted me by name and remembered what I had ordered. Again, this was after only a single visit a week prior.
This guy apparently loves Saabs, owns several of his own, and is highly invested in customer service for their legacy Saab owners. Thank God these guys are still around!
I would not hesitate to return here for service.

Try to play hardball in negotiating the price and their final answer was they don’t even want to sell me a car.
From the sales managers to the staff a terrible experience all around. With so many dealerships to choose from I don’t know why anyone would buy a car from them.
Could be why they have an empty dealership on a weekend afternoon.

Don’t go to this place looking for a DEAL! Christine from their Sales department messages me and I tell her if she can beat the offer I got from another dealership and she says «We can MATCH it». Are you kidding me??? MATCH IT??? Why would I do that when I can just go to the other dealership with the better deal? Amateur sales people.

I thought I would share my negative experience with the Buick GMC Sherman Oaks (Casa De Cadillac) dealership.
First let me say this… Mariola, my direct salesperson was put in the middle of this mess and is not at fault. The person to blame here is the sales manager Hanna.
Here is my experience:
After several weeks of negotiating with 6 southern CA GMC dealers, it came down to two. Casa and one other. The price I received from the other dealer came to $ 36,844. I sent this price to Casa and asked them if they could beat it. After a couple of weeks asking over and over for a reply, Hanna said «we will be able to match the quote provided if we order the same car apples to apples». The detailed list I provided was option-​for-​option the same.
Because I understand how the car buying experience can be, I asked once more to be sure: «Thank you for your response. To confirm, you are matching the price with the email below and 2 years of oil change? If that is the case, I will schedule a time tomorrow to come down»
Hanna’s response was:
«Hi George,
Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, that is confirmed. Please let me know when you plan to come in.
Look forward to it!»
So as you can see, Hanna checked my price TWICE and approved it.
A couple days later I went down to the dealer and filled out a credit app. Since I did not have my checkbook, I left without completing the transaction.
The following day, I returned with my deposit of $ 1000 and a copy of my insurance. At that point, Mariola said «George, this price seems a bit odd. Let me double-​check with Hanna and get back to you. But I don’t think it is a problem». At that point I knew there WOULD be a problem…
Today, I received a call from Mariola. She apologized and said that the price was $ 1800 too low that and asked me if I wanted to proceed…
Well of course I do not want to proceed! I have WRITTEN approval for a deal on this car and you accepted my deposit. It seems to me that is a contract, no? I have a great lawyer and I’m not afraid to use it.
BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP! FB AND BBB are my next stops.
And Casa, I can get my car from anywhere…

The worst experience ever on trying to purchase a vehicle. They did an excellent job on bringing me in and telling me that I qualified for all the incentives. I was very honest from the beginning and explaining my situation and what I needed to make the deal work. They assured me that they would take care of me. The incentives and the payment kept changing every time the salesman would come back from the managers office. By the time I left after they wasted 3 ½ hours of my time, the payment actually had gone up by nearly $ 400. Several days later, I took a drive to Parkway Valencia GMC and had one of the best purchasing experiences ever. I paid way less for my vehicle, received excellent customer service and my vehicle was actually transferred out of Casa’s inventory. I would not recommend Casa to anybody. They have a very bad way of conducting business.

via email which nowadays like it or not thats just the best way to get in contact with someone. At this point Mike M. Takes over we Took a test drive and fell in love. Unfortunately we were pressed for time and had to come back the next day. I let him know I would be in at a certain time. He did his very best to ensure the process was as fast as it could be. That you Mike!
Last but not least. My time with Francesca in finance was short sweet and to the point! In and out.
