David Hitt is a great Realtor — mindful, strategic, compelling and thoughtful. David was the realtor for the woman we bought our home from. We liked working with him far better than our own realtor! When we were considering selling our home 6 years later, there was no question who we would use. Our situation changed again and we decided to stay but not before David ran us around tirelessly and cheerfully looking at a dozen different properties and guiding us every step of the way.

After deciding to relocate to the San Fernando Valley to be closer to my job, I found David Hitt– rather randomly– through a local realtor directory. This is no doubt one of the best strokes of luck I’ve had in a long time.
David isn’t the kind of realtor that’s out there looking to make a quick sale. He asked questions. He got to know me. That made all the difference in the world.
This was the second time I had bought a home. The first was over a decade earlier, long before the the Internet had made the process like ordering pizza. David guided me along, answered my questions, and generally helped keep me sane. He weeded through tons of listings, saving me time… a commodity that I never seem to have enough of. When the house of my dreams went on the market, David had me checking it out with in the first 24 hours it was listed. After less than a week of negotiation, I was under contract. (I should point out that it was a foreclosure… those of you who’ve tried to purchase one of these know how complicated it can get. David was there every step of the way.)
In the end, I’m happy to report I closed and have been THRILLED with my new home.
Would I recommend David? That’s an emphatic «YES.»
