Debbie is everything you could hope for and more. Efficient — no nonsense — experienced — knowledgeable about Los Angeles — supportive — great sense of style — and, she gets it done! From Day One, she guided me through the real estate process. Under two months later, the deed was done. Two other owners had used her to sell condos in my eight-​unit building. I was the third, and I was very lucky I hired her.

My husband and I just moved to Los Angeles from Chicago. After calling several snippy (and highly Unilocal rated) LA area Realtors who wouldn’t even talk to us because we didn’t yet have a pre-​approval letter (they didn’t want to «waste their time» even though we assured them we were well qualified) Debbie took the time to listen, advise, and help us with all kinds of things without demanding our financials first. We are now the proud owners of our Mediterranean-​style dream home in Studio City and will recommend Debbie to everyone we know! She genuinely cares about her clients and you can tell she loves what she does.

I’ve been reluctant to write a review for Deb for one reason, I want to keep her all to myself! We are in the midst of house hunting in this treacherous market, and we have been blessed with Deb to help guide us through it all. As East Coasters, my husband and I are novices to Cali real estate. She helped us narrow down areas that met the criteria for our perfect house. She is so warm and amiable; she makes you feel like family. She extends herself beyond the normal lengths of most agent. Late night updates, and frequent texts are much appreciated! She always keeps us in the loop. Thoughout this process, we have felt like she truely has our best interest at heart. We called Deb because of all the positive reviews on Unilocal, she more than lives up to each one! She really is as good as it gets!

Debbie is an excellent realtor and has become a friend! I called Debbie last fall ready to look for a property to purchase. We discussed my price point and the areas that I wanted to live in. She was very knowledgable about the areas I knew and also included many areas that I was not familiar with in the valley. She always had great ideas on how to make a particular house work for my needs.
When I needed to take a step back and rethink what I could afford, she was totally cool with that. When I came back to her and decided what type of home I could afford comfortably, she was great and we found the perfect home for me.
I had to deal with a very difficult seller and she was willing to go the extra mile. I cannot recommend her enough.

I can only compare Debbie to the horror stories I had heard about people’s agents failing them… we didn’t know where to turn when we were ready to buy our first home in Nov 2011, but my boss recommended Debbie, so we gave her a call.
We had SO many questions. Hundreds. I’m not kidding. I felt like a small child trying to understand some kind of scientific textbook… but Deb was a great teacher. She was unbelievably patient with us, walking us slowly through the home buying process, helping us with the seller’s, um, let’s call them idiosyncrasies, and never losing her cool.
Honestly, it amazes me that anyone can do this job for a living, let alone with such enourmous patience and understanding for everyone involved.
The home buying process started out scary and confusing but Deb helped us get through it. And honestly, I don’t want to go through the loan process again any time soon, but when we are ready for our next home, Deb is the only one we will call.
