If you love your children then do everything you can to keep this person away from your case.

Elise C Greenberg was appointed by the court to protect my children. She received a copy of the Stipulation and Order, which states that the step-​mother was an alcoholic and should attend AA at least once a week, otherwise she should remain 100 yards from my children until a further court order or agreement of the parties. Soon after, my children spoke with Mrs. Greenberg numerous times revealing that the step mother (SM) was always drinking and drunk — in contempt of court. She saw videos and pictures of the drinking around children and still did NOTHING. This is a SM who lost custody of her own 3 children (hello? did Mrs. Greenberg find out the reason she lost custody of her children? — NO, she didn’t even investigate it!!). My children also told her that the SM made them (yes, the children!!) serve alcohol at her party in order to receive some money to buy ice-​cream or new clothes. The same party, where (during an erratic behavior) the SM threw furniture and drinking glasses around the house while screaming and attacking their father with a broken glass, cutting his face. The bleeding scared the children and they got in a panic, screaming and calling me for help. They had also 2 friends from school with them, who also witnessed the incident, calling their parents crying in fear. Later, both parents each wrote a letter describing the incident in their kids’ words, and I shared it with Mrs. Greenberg. The children were only 7 years old, and again, Elise Greenberg did NOTHING to stop this environment from damaging my children. I filed an ex-​parte in court to stop this abuse, but I lost it, due to Mrs. Greenberg’s stating that «she wasn’t concerned about the children’s safety at that time» Helloooo? I kept asking myself: What’s wrong with her? Who is she protecting??? The step mother? My ex (who is also an attorney)?? Was she still thinking I was the jealous ex wife?
In the end, Mrs. Greenberg, whose job was to help and protect my children, actually hurt them. She never acted to stop this abuse. Its very hard and sad to believe. Why didn’t she request the police records about the step mother? She would have found 4 arrests for domestic violence — all of them in connection with physical fights with the children’s father, and later for attacking my youngest daughter in crutches, while she was recovering from a surgery. Yes, it was an endless nightmare. She was violent; but her main weapon was emotional abuse, humiliating, terrorizing and degrading children. Mrs. Greenberg never interviewed neighbors or parents of my children’s friends (they know everything!). My children were exposed to unstable and dangerous behavior, drugs, porn movies, pain killers, alcohol, violence and abuse. Over and over. Greenberg’s bills kept coming… Bill after bill. Today, after a few years have passed by, my children are older with many sad memories and scars that will last forever. 2 years ago, while the children were spending time with their father, the police arrived and arrested him, in front of my children. Later we found out the accusation was false… SM punched herself and told police that he was the aggressor, in retaliation of their earlier fight. My children will never forget that sad day, because it was Christmas… Last month, another violent incident towards me and my youngest daughter happened, and witnesses called the police and again she got arrested. I have stopped counting. Since then, my children refuse to enter their father’s house again unless the SM is out of town. I know it’s the father’s fault to expose his children to this psychopathic woman, but Elisa Greenberg’s job was to figure out whats was going on, and realize the father’s house wasn’t safe for the children. Let’s remind ourselves again: Why was Greenberg hired in the first place? This painful and abusive time of my children’s childhood could have been avoided.
The only thing I would recommend Mrs, Greenberg for would be to be disbarred
