I initially thought this was a pretty good store with an okay shoe selection; they advertise themselves as being carriers of Jeffrey Campbell, but they only have about four different styles of JC’s in the store. Initially walked in and wasn’t impressed; kind of cheesy, nothing extraordinary. Found some shoes that were good for a last-minute purchase for a gala I was attending that night. Wore them for three hours total, mostly sitting in a chair, only walking to and from the car. The insides of the shoes were peeling by the time I went home. I called the store and spoke with someone I assumed was the manager; he told me to bring them back in and they could look at them and refund them since I’d just bought them. Brought them back in the day after(they were closed on Sunday) and was refused a refund and treated like complete dirt. They’re all great and nice before you buy, but completely unhelpful with absolutely zero customer service when a customer finds out the poor quality of their goods. They treated me as if I’d stolen something from them, when really they’d stolen $ 200 from me with their shoddy shoes. I will not be returning.

I felt a need to splurge on myself(which i dont do often). ok, my husband gave me the«green light» to spend a few dawlaws on myself ;) anywho, I entered the store and was greeted by a very nice gentleman who was very helpful. I had already been to the usual. Macy’s, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, Aldo’s, Cathy jean etc. to no avail. I thought I would walk into this spot. Thank god i did! i found my thigh high black suede boots! love em! and a size 7 too!

Great selection. Really nice staff. Support this fantastic small business! They have the cutest Jeffrey Campbell shoes and they actually had size 7.5 and 8. So that’s rare.
