I brought my paintings to the store and looked for modern and high quality frame. It’s a little bit pricy. And I got my painting/​frame back one week late. However the work they did is professional, very pretty and modern, 100% what I want. The owner was really helpful to give me suggestion in the beginning too. I am very satisfy for the result! Highly recommend it!

This is a real review. I say that because it’s a weird feeling being motivated to actually right a review and I just want the reader to know that this is genuine.
I came in here yesterday looking for a cheap frame for a cheap print I bought. This was my first time buying a frame or having artwork framed. I was greeted so warmly and shown such beautiful frames. When it came time to pay and leave I was informed that the framing process would take a few days. I expressed concern with this as I simply didn’t understand the process (I may have even been a bit rude). I was expecting a walk in/​walk out done deal situation. Once I understood that this several day wait was because there was a long list of customers needing their work framed I realized it made sense to have to wait a few days. To my surprise I received a phone call less than 24hrs later. My print was framed and ready. The owners of this shop worked extra hard to get my piece framed timely and to keep me happy. The frame job itself was excellent. I just hung the piece on my wall and it looks perfect. I have already recommended this place to my artist friends. Great experience.

Mike is AWESOME… I used to go to Aaron Brothers down the street, but this place blows them out of the water on every aspect. I went to Arron Brothers for example and they quoted my $ 80 for a custom frame and a 8 day await and endless chatter on trying to UP SELL me. Went to Frames Galore and Mike took care of me for half the price and it was ready in 20 minutes and NO UP SELLING. That was a year ago and now I only come here. I cant recommend this place enough.

Great work by Michael. To be honest, we had a slight misunderstanding at first, but he definitely knows how to win his customers over. With the quality of work, and his superior customer service, I am 100% satisfied with the experience and the end result. Thanks Michael!

I am so happy with Frames Galore! The diploma I had Michael frame looked so amazing that I had him reframe several other diplomas I had someone else do. They now look amazing, too. The fact that Michael made someone else’s work look so much better is clear proof that Michael is the best. I highly recommend him. You will be doing yourself a favor by having him do the work right the first time.

I received back my first framed item from Frames Galore and was very happy with not only the result, but the attention and communication through the process. I had to make a change after dropping off the newspaper and they gave suggestions on incorporating the new piece to make a quality display. I will certainly use them again even though they are a half hour drive in traffic. I appreciate knowing their quality level and that they understand what I am trying to accomplish.

I found them on Unilocal with great rating so I went to get a poster framed. Michael was so kind and broke it all down with different option frames, glass and pricing. They also had some mirrors on sale so I purchased one and he is coming to mount it on the wall! Full service, knowledgable, and kind!

Michael knows his stuff and did a really great job on my over sized art work. He gave good suggestions at varied prices for the frame and glass that would be appropriate for the painting. The place isn’t exactly inexpensive and he takes his time but he delivered free of cost on the date that was promised and the final result was as promised.

i placed a big order last minute for Christmas and Michael came through with perfection.

I came across this place by accident and I was glad I made the wrong turn because The store Owner Mike was excellent in his abilities to suggest options to make my canvas printing pop out. I told him what I searching for and my budget and he created a few different ways to create the image come to life. I was very satisfied with the amazing work that came out the final product. I will definitely be back here to get all my framing needs and will strongly recommend this place to anyone else who wants the best quality for the best prices.

Frames Galore and Michael Lara provided quick and cost effective service for a replacement mirror in a favorite frame of mine. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I went to Frames Galore on Monday, September 21^st. I needed a few mirrors that we’re inexpensive and also great quality. I not only found the best mirrors and prices, I found the best customer service. Michael Lara, the owner, went above and beyond what he needed to do for me. He helped me pick out the perfect mirrors and also custom sized them all within 30 mins. He was going to even deliver them to my front door step. I not only would recommend this place, I will be coming back myself.

I am a professional designer. I have a large, beautiful photograph of a flower I bought in Hawaii several years ago that I wanted to be framed using a very simple matt and frame, with only ¼ inch of color matt under 3 inches of off-​white to frame the image. The photograph is powerful and I wanted nothing to distract from it.
I originally went to Aaron Bros. down the street. During my first visit I got a sales person who wouldn’t listen to what I wanted and kept choosing thick dark elaborate frames and complex matt combinations. I returned later with a friend who I asked to distract the sales person while I chose the materials. I came up with the perfect combination but was told the frame couldn’t support glass. The materials were so cheap they would crack.
I am very grateful that I wasn’t able to use their services because it led me to Michael at Frames Galore. Michael quickly understood I knew what I was doing and what I wanted. After a few minutes it seemed like he was reading my mind because he started bringing me matt and frame choices that were relevant to my vision of how it should be framed. I asked him if the frame I had chosen would support glass, he looked a bit confused and responded «of course, why wouldn’t it.» When I explained that Aaron Bros. sold frames that would crack under the weight of glass he wasn’t surprised.
I picked up the piece today. It looks absolutely beautiful. The photo needed cleaning and they did a good job making it look brand new. He also attached two wires so the photo could be hung in both portrait and landscape mode.
I’m a happy customer who will now be a regular customer.

I’m always nervous about handing off artwork to a stranger for a couple of weeks when I’m dealing with a framer for the first time. I have to say, Michael was awesome! He gave us great suggestions and direction and we left feeling confident that we had left our artwork with a pro.
In the end our original Japanese woodblock was framed exactly as we had specified and actually exceeded our expectations. A truly professional job. We will definitely be returning (they even have a rewards program)!

Incredible customer service, unbeatable prices, and fast turn around! My mom and I came in to have two posters framed and the staff was extremely accommodating with our timeline and budget. My new favorite custom framing place :)
