This location has closed, but their secondary location in Chatsworth is still open. It’s been renamed though, and is now called Mini’s. Same amazing boba and cupcakes, but now they have these insanely delicious crème puffs and croissants.

Frootsii is fabulous!!! The boba teas are delicious and the cupcakes are homemade and to die for! Even better, Frootsii has fantastic bahn mi sandwiches… the pork ones are the best! Also, the staff is so sweet… they even gave me a free cupcake! Definitely check this cute little place out!

This place has excellent drinks, cupcakes, and sandwiches. The staff hideaways friendly and courteous. They had a special drink and I was wondering what it was and she politely offered me a sample along with a host of others. The drinks tasted amazing not too overly sweet either. I recently had a Vietnamese banh mi there and it was amazing. I was thinking like Lee’s sandwiches quality but this is 10 times better. The meat was thickly cut not weak thin slices, fresh veggies, and warm toasty bread. They’re also open late too.

Stopped in for a late night boba fix. The owner was running the front counter and was so helpful. I had the lavender milk tea with boba and it was great. Not a single tough boba. My husband got a custom made chamomile iced tea that he really enjoyed. Their cupcake selection was very extensive too. And they are opened late.

They have always been extremely curious and generous with both their food and boba. If you tip then they will usually notice and render an equal service back. But they almost always act as if you’ve tipped them already. Their sandwiches are very delicious and I get them every day. WAY better than your average sandwich or subway type place. Highly recommend this place to everyone who enjoyed boba and blended drinks.

Not bad. The gf wanted boba milk tea so we stopped by here while shopping near by. It’s an interesting set up where it’s self serve. They give you a cup then you go to the fixin’ bar and scoop your own boba/whatever you want in it, then you pour in your choice of beverage. They had regular milk tea, some jasmine type drink, thai tea, and a coconut/taro drink. GF said the regular milk tea tasted off so she went with the coconut/taro one. I had a sip and it wasn’t bad but it’s not my kind of thing anyways. It was pretty nutty tasting. I did try a taste of the thai tea though and it was really good. If we go back there I’ll definitely get a cup of that, minus the boba…

Love this place! I take my younger cousins here almost once a week if not more to get shaved ice. I know they are known for their boba which generally, I’ve never been a fan of so I don’t have a useful opinion about theirs but the service is always great. The woman who works their normally is very friendly. Only down side is that seating is sometimes not available.

The new décor that combines the snack friendly nature of book reading is both adorable and accurate! New indulgences include… 1) «Oreo Velvet Cupcake Shake”-There are so many wonderful worlds being blended together, I just can’t… 2) «Maryline cookies”-I mean Mary’s homemade Madeleine cookies. If all you’ve had were the costco kind, you’re in for a treat! I surprised my mom with these and now it’s her weekly craving(I love you, mom!). 3)“Sinnamon Sinn”-Layered cake, frosting, and cinnamon-to go style for all desserting needs at every hour. Oh, I almost forgot! ***NEWPROMOCONTESTFORTHEMONTHOFJULY-INSTAGRAM A PICOFYOURPURCHASEANDTAG #FROOTSII and @FROOTSIIFOR A CHANCETOWIN A FREEEEELARGEBOBA!*** Every Friday a winner is randomly chosen… may the odds be ever in your flavor(:

Great cupcakes! The being opened late is what helped me discover this hidden gem and saved me from late night sweet cravings. The staff was very kind and the place is clean and decorated well! The red velvet is delish!

I’m really happy I stopped by this place. I’ve had the best Boba yet, again! The lady working, recommended on a very cold night, that I should try my Original Almond Milk Tea with Boba, warm instead. It was so tasty, I can’t wait to try more. I never thought it try it warm. She cut a hole at the top of the coffee cups, so the straw would fit through. Awesome customer service. The inside was comfy looking, huge couch in the back. Parking was easy too.

I unfortunately wasn’t too fond of the blended Taro Milk Tea I got here. The boba was unfortunately a bit soggy/mushy, the taro flavor was a bit overpowered by the milk tea. I give this place 5 stars for service, though! I absolutely loved the Cambodian woman working here. We came in pretty late and she greeted us with a smile. We were the only ones there and she was genuinely happy to see us come in. The décor of the place was awesome too. I will likely be back because of the amazing service, but will probably not get boba here.

They’re open late, but they don’t have enough staff to keep the place running smoothly. The one employee there took over 20 min on an order ahead of us and we didn’t want to wait any longer just to put our order in so we left and went to Crave instead :( A tip for the owner– schedule more staff or cut back on your menu!

Wow, who knew a gem like this would be hiding out in the valley of all places. We’ve been to Ten Ren’s, Half & Half, random asian donut places, etc, and nothing comes close to Frootsii. From the passion fruit green tea to the vast combo of cupcake milkshake flavors, everything has been delicious. The boba here is soft with just the right amount of chewiness, something we’ve yet to find at any other place. Lychee jelly is also good. The manager who is there frequently is so sweet and awesome. She knows her stuff so if she has a flavor/topping recommendation, I would definitely defer to her expert opinion. Did we mention how awesome she is? They are very accommodating, so if you have any special requests, don’t be shy. We get an extra ½ pump of sweetener in our passion fruit green tea, and it is perfect. This isn’t one of those hyped tea houses where you have to wait in line for 45 minutes for a drink, but we like it like that. It takes 5 minutes or less for the best drinks we’ve had so far. We definitely recommend Frootsii

I knew I should have just cut down Van Nuys Blvd to head home instead of continuing to drive east down Ventura after last week’s Unilocal Elite Spa event. Is it a perk that they are open 24-hours a day? Sure, of course. But when there is no one in the place seems like wasted money to keep your business open in my opinion. Maybe its busier in the summer, but for 9:30pm on a Monday it was deader than a Salem Graveyard. While it is pretty neat that they have hot and cold boba, fro-yo, and cupcakes, I can’t ever say that I would crave any of those items before 11am. Again, maybe that’s just me. I wasn’t thrilled. $ 3+ for a regular sized cupcake was a lot. At least at Sprinkles and these other cupcake eateries they are pretty big and sorta(not really!) justify the hefty price tag. I got the strawberry one which had a little bit strawberry jam?/compote? in the middle. It was ok, but I could have made a dozen from a box at home for the same price.

Open 24 hrs, perfect for my oddly timed boba tea cravings. Frootsii has frozen yogurt, cupcakes, boba tea, smoothiess, etc. Lots of goodies. Everything so far that I have tried has been good, but hasnt been top notch«I need to tell everyone» good. My boyfriend loves the chocolate cupcakes, but i’m not much of a fan. Their cupcake chart says they have certain cupcakes on certain days, but it always seems the same! Nothings new :/ I do love the taro boba though, would recommend getting this. The boba tea is the only reason I come back here. And well, okay I come back here because its cute!

Admittedly, the biggest selling point for me is the fact that Frootsii is open 24⁄7 and their huge menu. They sell all kinds of desserts: cupcakes, shaved ice, boba, and yogurt. Came in last night a little after midnight with my partner. I got the lemon slush boba and she got some frozen yogurt with toppings. Both were reasonably priced(under $ 10 total) and were yummy. Not the best we’ve ever had, but honestly, at midnight, you can’t really be picky about your dessert options. You should just be glad someplace is open and you aren’t forced to go to Ralph’s and get a tub of ice cream to eat at home. Frootsii is located in a small shopping complex and therefore shares the parking lot with other businesses. I imagine it can get pretty tight with parking during the day, but at midnight, we were able to find a spot right in front of the shop. The shop itself is clean, the décor and furniture are cute, and the service was great. There’s even a big television in there, so we were able to watch Jimmy Kimmel with the owner(I think she’s the owner?) while we ate our food. Will be back again, most likely after midnight when I’m having a fatty craving for something sweet.
