i was offered half of what another dealer offered. when i told the person working there, they called a district office and were given the okay to meet the other offer. terrible business practice — i went else where and ultimately wound up being offered almost three times what goldmax first quoted me.

I had never been in this place before & I went in with my roommate just to get an estimate, but I defintely needed the dough as we all do with the times as they are right now. A woman named Angie greeted us immediately & offered us both a seat as well as water/​coffee & even a fresh baked cookie! I told her i had a 20% bonus coupon & she didn’t treat me any differenly (sometimes when you have a coupon places treat you badly). She took her time to explain to me the difference between my real gold items & gold plated. She then saw me struggling to get a big stone out of one of my rings & offered to help. She gave me a good price and made me feel at home. overall is was surprisingly a good experience & i will be back! I’ve already told my friends about it & would definately reccommend to any of my friends. Ask for Angie… she was really pleasant & mindful of my situation. She treated me with class :)

Don’t sell your gold here! I went in with some old jewelry and a gold coin and got a really low quote. For everything the quote was more than $ 200.00 under the spot for the gold coin. The whole experience was creepy. When I mentioned the price was low the lady called someone on her cell phone to get a better price. Then the price went up $ 400.00…I mean really, talk about ripping off anyone who doesn’t know the difference!!! Go to GoldFellow, they are honest!
