Goodwill Donation Center

Friendly staff, pretty much easy in and easy out, great hours so that you can drop off after work on weekends and even on Sunday!

If everyone in life were a team player the way that THIS Goodwill Donation Center is… I promise we’d have more success stories in the game of life.
I’ve finally moved out of my office. (Bye bye, LA office.) Working from home now, so I can technically work from any state, any city, anywhere! However, I kinda do feel a bit sad. Some great memories in that office… But I’m excited finally to be able to travel while working.
And I have to say that my move would have been so much more difficult than it was if it weren’t for this donation center. You made life easy. Teamwork makes the dream work.
You pull up (narrow alley, btw),
they roll out the bins,
offer to collect your items themselves,
ask whether or not you want a receipt,
Then they send you on your way with a smile.
I was like, «That’s it?! You’re not gonna make it harder on me!?»
«Nope!»
They took the TV’s, furniture, everything. I didn’t even have to think. Gotta love it.

Friendly, simple, effortless and convenient. I have dropped off several times here over the years and it doesn’t get much easier than this folks! Pull into the back, pop the trunk and unload. Sometimes someone is already out there and ready to help other times I’ve run it in real quick. I’d definitely recommend donating gently used items to this location. Works for me!
Easy exit through the alley which you can then turn right out of, onto any number of given side streets off of Riverside Dr. between Fulton and Coldwater.

Great location! There is always parking. Easily accessible. The workers are so nice, professional, and helpful. I wish all drop offs were like this.

Honestly, the most efficient/​clean/​respectful Goodwill I’ve seen. The parking is a bit awkward; you need to enter through a narrow alley off of a side street (Van Noord) and the spaces are narrow, but they have two spots reserved solely for Goodwill donators. The staff is awesome — always organized, ready with an itemized receipt and ready to help unload. They are also open until 8pm on Sundays which is great for accessibility.

I have been here many, many times… sometimes with as little as one box of stuff. Upon pulling into one of the four designated unloading spaces, one of the staff is already walking towards my car to help unload or take things from my arms. In most often under couple of minutes, your unwanted items are donated, a receipt is provided, and you are outta there!
The facility is kept very clean, so if you happen to go into their office… you will be surprised out how well organized and kept it is. Kudos to this location.
