I have been a customer of Isabel’s for 10 years. As I’ve told her many times, the reason I stay with her specific branch in Sherman Oaks, when I live in Long Beach, is for her personal service. I have 2 cars, 1 motorcycle, home owners, and an umbrella policy with State Farm (5 policies).
A few weeks ago I had the unfortunate opportunity to test my coverage out when someone T-​boned me in my rental car. Nightmare. But thankfully no one was hurt, and State Farm very quickly took care of the entire situation. Isabel and her staff called me several times to check up on me right after I reported the accident. Over the next few days she kept in touch with me, helped coordinate corp State Farm teams and streamlined the process for me.
In 2015 we all have a lot of options for insurance. What’s important in times of need, and most often lacking today, is the personal touch.
Highly recommended.

Huge thanks to Munoz State Farm in Valley Village. Some idiot ran a red light rushing to Burbank airport and totaled my precious Corvette. I bought it just 9 months ago and paid over book value because it was perfect in/​out with low miles and had even never been driven in rain. I paid a few grand for ZO6 rims and a ZO6 titanium exhaust. State Farm ensured I received payment for all of the money I’d put into my car. Judi coordinated with my assigned team to get me paid in a timely manner. I strongly recommend this agency. I will always be grateful to Isabel, Judi, and everyone else at Munoz State Farm.

I moved to this area not long ago and Isabel and her team helped me get my insurance started. She is always available, it’s something you don’t find everyday now with automated answering services and 1800 numbers no real person to talk to! Overall great experience.

I have been with Isabel and her amazing team for 5 years. They all know me on a first name basis and treat me with respect, and most importantly, honesty. I have multiple policies with them and they always help me get the best discount and the best coverage for the money. They are genuinely good people, know their business, and always brighten my day.

I went to the office because I had questions on my auto coverage and the staff was great they offered fancy espresso coffee and were prompt to answer my concerns and questions. The owner has a really cute chihuahua that welcomes you when you come in. I felt comfortable and I think they are very knowledgeable.

I was a customer with her since she was located on magnolia and kester. Before they moved I had great service. My broker was Arlene… she was amazing. Arlene left (she left for a reason right) and i still continued to be a customer. Just recently, they screwed me over with payment, they are very rude, disrespectful and unproffesional. Specially isabel… the owner. She has no sense of what proffesionalism is. With this kind of attitude her business will not go anywhere. With this said I DONT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY TO ANYONE. THEYRE THE WORSE!!! BEWARE!!!
