Specialties

km-​X specializes in teaching realistic self defense to kids between the ages of 5 and 13. We pride ourselves in being different from traditional martial arts in that we value function over form. km-​X uses the principles of the Krav Maga system to help children gain an incredibly high level of self defense proficiency in a relatively short amount of time. Our goal at km-​X is to help kids realize that they don’t have to make the choice between being nice and being tough. They can, and should, be both!

Our kids have been going here almost 8 years, and love what it has done for them. Self confidence, awareness, and being able to defend themselves, has been some of their accomplishments. This is real self defense for your kids, not the playground atmosphere of other so called «self defense» centers. If you have a kid who has been bullied at school, this would be your best solution. In 3 to 4 months, your children will be confident in themselves, and be able to defend themselves from harm. Key is to keep them in the program, as it seems that the first couple of levels is repetition, however, this is how to train for muscle memory. It does get harder towards level 3 and 4, along with sparring.

My son Gavin has been going to Krav Maga for over 3 years and we couldn’t be happier.
Gavin was bullied in the first grade and my husband discovered Krav Maga worlwide was right across the street from his work. He has been enrolled in their program for over 3 years now and Gavin has grown since he has been taking krav maga (and is almost a brown belt). The instructors are great and so are Gavin’s beloved «card ladies.» His confidence has grown and I can honestly say that I owe it all to this facility.

My son Patrick signed up about 3 months ago due to being bullied at school. He loves it very much and attends at least 3 classes a week. The pricing is fair and the workout and training is good. I recently signed up for the adult about 1 month ago program and I have not had a cigarette since. You dont need pills. Just take Krav Maga, get in shape (Quick) and learn some awesome skills that make walking down dark alleys not scary

A great workout for your child… great discipline and important lessons to keep your child safe. My 8 year old loves it, and has been coming here for over a year and has advanced up the belt colors rather quickly from the great training from the instructors. It is rather pricey though, but worth it.
