Yes, it was returned 10+ days later with TONS of headaches. I had to then pay MORE $$$ to send it back to the seller AGAIN. All because your employee did not take down the address correctly. They assured me it was handled. Apparently, it was not.
Thanks for the response. Might save someone else headaches in the future. :)

I used to drive to UPS or a FedEx center to handle my shipping needs. But now that I found this place, I always go here. The courteous staff is always quick and knows which service to recommend. They have saved me a small fortune in shipping costs by recommending the best shipper for what I was shipping.
This Christmas I had too many packages to wrap for clients. I just dropped them off and they took care if the rest. Beautifully wrapped packages were finished that afternoon and shipped to my clients.
It’s their personal service that makes the difference.

Wow!!! The owner, Negin, is Amaze!!! Jaime is Terrific!!! This place beats the long line and crappy attitudes you get at the local post office. These two went out of their way to wrap, package, and ship the Christmas gifts I bought for my family. Every time I go to LA Postal Center, I’m greeted with a smile and a kind, «Welcome back».

These are literally the nicest people that own a business in Sherman Oaks, or anywhere for that matter. The owner and the staff that I have dealt with go above and beyond customer service!
For example, they stayed past closing recently to help me package an item for my niece. It was oversize and they cut the box down to make the cost less expensive for me to ship. THANKS! This kindness saved me 50 bucks!!!
I will always come here for all my shipping and packaging needs.

The employee is literally attempting to help me while he’s on his personal cell phone! Complaining that life sucks and he wants to «get out of here». What has customer service turned into these days? He only decided to hang up because he couldn’t «assist» me while still on his cell. I wonder what his boss would think of this? Honestly if you need to ship something or get mailbox services take your hard earned money and go someplace else.

I was recommended to this place by a co-​worker, and I will be coming back here for all of my shipments! I thought I may have to wait for a while being that it was 5 days before Christmas, but there was no line and everyone working there was so friendly. They taped up my box for me and I didn’t have to fill out any forms myself. Every shipping item needed was available, as well as a great assortment of cards. I was shipping my package to the Netherlands and they were able to make the whole process easy. I was in and out in about 10 minutes, and my info was saved in the computer for future shipments. Talk about an easy mail shipping trip. I will be telling everyone to support this local treasure!

Great service and easy access on Ventura Blvd. I wasn’t expecting to finish that quickly but I had more than enough time left on my parking meter. Very professional and hip apperence makes it kind of a cool place to stop in from time to time to conduct your business.
I will recommend this place to my friends.
