All I can say is wow! The phone staff was courteous and professional. The man who cleaned my carpets arrived on time and did an amazing job. My carpets were in bad shaped, stained and looking ratty. He removed all of the stains and they look new. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Magic Touch.

Jeff did an excellent job cleaning my sofa. He was so thorough. I purchased the sofa online and it needed a deep cleaning. He spent hours, he’s a perfectionist. He did a great job on the pillows. I love my sofa. Ask for Jeff.

I’m new to LA and a friend recommended these guys! Wow! Great service! Very friendly, efficient, and fast. I had a water leak in my bathroom and it ruined everything! I was afraid it’d be a pricey change. However, I called here and they came on a Sunday to do my house and I was glad because I don’t have time on weekdays. They came and gave me a very reasonable quote on how much it would cost me. They stayed for about 2 hours and finished everything. My carpet looks great and clean and smells fresh. I’m so happy with their service. I wouls definitely recommend them to everyone! Great service. Thanks guys so much!

Magic Touch carpet care cleaned my chairs and carpets. The chairs were badly stained and JEFF worked on them and now they look brand new. There was no mess as they protected the floor. What a breath of fresh air! Let’s start with an immediate call back by such a professional man who was super attentive to my carpet and cleaning needs. He constantly asked me valid questions, to better understand how to fix my problem at the right cost. He came to my house, did a complete check of all rooms including dirty sofas with stains on them. He made a couple of phone calls, wrote up a professional estimate and there we had a deal. This company is such a breath of fresh air, simple to work with, responsive and professional. Ok so i needed my carpet and couch cleaned. My first time doing it in la and i heard alot of bad expieriences of people that had awful results. I got their number from a friends that told me they are reliable. Yechi came to my house for an estimate. He was really nice and made me understand how everything works My couch had crazy black stains and my carpet had food stains that i couldnt take off with stuff i bought from the store. He told me he will take it all off and it will look like new. I was hesitant about the result because it was really dirty… I came and cleaned the couch and carpet for 5 hours and when i came in the house i was shocked !!! The carpet and the couch looked like its new and all the stains are gone!!! I didnt think he will manage to take it all off but he did just like he said! He was very nice and gave me advise on how the keep the couch clean. And also gave me a great price So 5 stars for service and 5 starts for the work! They will defiantly hear from me again!!!
