The Manager JOSE is arrogant, rude and unprofessional. He refused to give me fresh decaf, after 3 tries and being told it was fresh, I finally did get it, but it was caffeine, I specially asked for decaf. For medical reasons I cannot have caffeine, so heads up to any other decaf coffee drinkers. I lodged an official complaint to McDonald’s.

This McDonald sucks! It’s the 3rd time here, had I had more time for I would go somewhere else. This is the last time going here! The fuys tasted like it been on the heat for months, and the bunch of the big Mac can’t be any crispier! What I enjoyed about my my was the .40 cent extra for me large coke!

Ok I feel weird reviewing a McDonald’s but I don’t get why this one has such poor ratings. Fries are consistently good, service is quick, the place is clean and reasonably friendly… Kind of all you need from a McDonald’s. Maybe I’m missing something but I think this is one of the good ones!

A very personal McDonald’s, when the owner comes in he will often greet and talk to many of the customers, asking what could make this location even better.
The people that work here are extremely nice and the music is also very good.

This place is staffed by a bunch of morons. I asked for a big Mac, got home and found a 20piece chicken nuggets. I figured, a mistake could happen. I went by a few weeks later to order breakfast and they got my order wrong again… both times through the drive thru. I don’t understand who hires these people and if they get enough training. I stopped going to this location!

This place is really hit or miss and I should probably give them 2.5 stars after todays experience.
The plus side, they season the hell out of their double cheesy burgers and always pile them with diced onions.
The con… the drive thru can be a little sketchy sometimes. I have witnessed some crazy and sometimes gross behavior by the people who take the money (please keep your fingers out of your nose while sliding my atm card… thanks).

Come in the mornings with a friend a couple times a week. This is by far the best mc Donald’s ever!!! Amazing staff!!! They remember ur order and they also have genuine smiles to see u!!! I can not love the staff anymore!!! They really do love their jobs!!! They have an employee of the month hanging on the wall… As they are proud of the employees accomplishments. I am not a fan of mc Donald’s franchise at all however These people keep me coming back for more. It’s like a better Starbucks. Free wifi and you see real professionals working here. This is the new cool place. :) KEEP DOING A GOOD JOB GUYS!!!

What can I say, every kid loves Mcdonalds… and about once a month I still do. What is wrong with a quater ponder and fries every now and then? It also has a small playground for the little ones.

The only reason I give two stars and not one is because they cook their fries perfectly. Other then that, I’ve probably been here well over 50 times over the last last 6 – 7 years. Out of the 50 times, they probably got my order wrong 40 times.
Just the other day I ordered 3 deluxe breakfast platters and two big breakfast platters. Drove forward from the drive through and decided to check the bags just to make sure my order was correct. Well to my surprise they got the order wrong again! They totally missed the 3 deluxe breakfast platters. R U KIDDING ME? how do you miss more then 60% of the order? Is there some imaginary person stealing these? Who the heck is in charge of checking these orders to make sure it’s correct? I would understand if they forgot a hashbrown or two … But THREE deluxe platters. Comon Mcdonalds. Your an American icon, please get it right.

Their drive thru night crew past midnight is usually excellent and friendly. Twice I’ve encountered employees or managers going out of their way to get things that are not particularly on the menu such as mixing sodas together since I can’t do it myself through the drive thru. Not the friendliest when I dine in during the day. The drive thru design is horrendous though (imo) and it’s a pain to exit this area when it’s busy on the streets.

The seriously charged me 75 cents for a ranch! What a rip off! Sorry your fries are cooked in week old oil and need some sauce to make them edible! Change your oil more than once a year idiots!
Not to mention they completely forgot me one time in the drive through. Asked me to park on the side and they would bring out my order. 20 minutes later I walked back in to the place AND she had completely forgotten about me! Had already given my food away to someone else. Tried to offer me a cookie as an apology. I don’t want a cookie I want some competent service!
I know not to expect much from McDonalds, but come on!

The drive-​thru guy wasn’t very nice. He didn’t get our order 100% correct.
I asked if they still had Monopoly pieces and they said «yes» but when we got to the window they didn’t give us the cups with the pieces. I asked, «don’t you still have game pieces?» and the girl said «no.» But I could see the supply of drink cups with game pieces stacked under the counter for in-​restaurant customers. Why couldn’t they just have used those? Finally, they said that they NO LONGER have sweet chili sauce for the McNuggets. :-(Big BOOO for that! That was the yummiest sauce ever!

I give this two stars for one purpose… the ambiance of the place. In fact, I think the décor and fashion design is the best I have ever seen, as far as indoors go with a McDonald’s. The food was alright (my stomach was queasy shortly thereafter). The play area doors were locked! You could go out, but you could not go back in (you would have to go through the outdoor gates and around to the front again). We asked the manager about this and they said they locked them on purpose… they eventually unlocked the doors, but people kept pulling on the doors left and right and it really didn’t help sitting next to the door.
Most of the tables were uncleaned. I had to ask the manager to clean the tables. The employees all looked semi-​miserable, as if they didn’t enjoy working them, but who can blame them… its McDonald’s! LOL
