I’ve been buying from Rick for over a year now. I’ve designed 2 trade show booths with items from the store. What I love about this shop is that they have locally made goods you wont find anywhere else, as well as imported replicas of mid century and industrial pieces. The best news, the stuff is the same quality as West Elm at 20−30% cheaper. Rick and his associates are kind, bend over backward to help me get what I need, when I need it. I’d highly recommend shopping here if you don’t want the Urban Home or Ikea.

Always friendly and accommodating ! I have a staging business (Modiano Design) and I am in constant need for new items and last minute stuff this is MY PLACE TO GO to buy.
I didn’t have the experience some others did about «returning «items because I never tried so I cant comment on that (as far as I know there or no returns only exchanges), but so far I shopped here about 20x and so far so good.

This store has a good variety of modern furniture. Some with firm and some with really soft and cushy seating, and a few pieces in between. They also have a few mid century chairs, cabinets, tables and desks, too; all with really clean lines. The price point is right on par with the quality. Maybe even a little cheaper than expected. Best part: you can choose from 200 fabrics for most of the sofas and chairs. I’ve been to this shop 3 times. Rick was helpful every time, and even remembered me and the pieces I kept eyeing. He also shared some tidbits about fabric (which ones are the easiest to clean) and advice about quality. I finally made my purchase today, and Rick helped me get my new sofa delivered in 30 minutes. Super happy!

Rick and his associates aren’t happy with their business (or the fact that they have to even do business), and would rather make a profit than make a customer happy. He wont let us exchange chairs for equal value even though he promised us. He told my wife that he was okay to exchange the color of chairs if we didn’t like them, and now he won’t exchange them (it has only been 4 days!). It will come down to our word vs. his since he thinks he specified a time for us to call (he didn’t).
Do not shop here. Go to overstock and get cheaper chairs with a better return policy.

Their furniture is very cheaply made. My couch looks horrible. Hanging threads and uneven seams. Also, in certain places I see the stuffing sticking out of the fabric. I took back a barstool as the fake studs on the backing were totally uneven. This place is a joke.
