WARNING my opinion These people are dis honest– I bought a car here and put thousands in cash down on a loan for the car, to get a better deal on the payment the loan was purchased in a family friends name (I Thought). I recontacted them requested copies of reciepts for the money I paid for the cash down payment to them that I had brought directly from the bank and personally handed to Alan the salesman for the purchase, they REFUSED TO GIVE ME A RECEIPT FOR MY MONEY– TOTALLY BAD FAITH and was also completely disrespectful to me as a woman then when I drove the car off the lot within a few days I broke down on the top of Mullholland stranded and it cost me several thousand dollars out of pocket to fix it at the dealer and they said it was a bad computer and it never changed, this was an almost 40,000 Mercedez but they worked some sign off deal for $ 500 IN CASH with the loan holder behind my back to get themselves out of financial liability then as well– guess what taking legal action ON HIM AND THEM! in my opinion avoid this place especially if your a woman

Went to check out an Acura TL I saw on their website, I used to live near this place and would walk by often and drool at all the great, high-​end cars this place always had. After driving it I had to have it, Alan was great at working with me to get me the payment I wanted, and there was definitely no hard sell or attitude with him, and I’m a salesman too so I know! It was by far the quickest and easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had, I was approved and driving away within an hour, it was amazing. I love the car and I have full confidence that if there’s any issues down the road Alan and Monza will be there for me. Great guys (and gals), great cars, great service, highly recommended!

Went to Monza Car to test drive a Cadillac they just got in. It had low miles and only 1 previous owner, and was in great shape.
They had the carfax report available, and after taking it for a spin, I wanted it.
They were extremely helpful, & not pushy like most smaller car lots. We worked out a deal that fit my monthly budget and down payment.
I was happy with my purchase as well as the service from these guys. Frank, Alan, and the staff there were great to work with. Took the car to a dealership for a 3^rd party inspection and everything was fine. Only a couple minor things to fix.
I’d recommend anyone shopping for a new car to stop by to see their inventory.
Their buyer knows what they’re doing.

Bought a Fiat Abarth (manual transmission) car drives like charms.

Last Saturday I purchased a 2012 BMW GT 535i with 40,700 miles & still under factory warranty. My salesman was Frank & he was absolutely amazing. No pressure what so ever. Gave me the keys to test drive it & said «come back when you feel you’ve experienced what you wanted to». Came back from the test drive totally in love with the car, I’m sure he could tell too & still no pressure to buy. He asked me if I was interested, I said yes & we went inside to talk pricing. No budge on the listing price but it was already priced at a steal, so I couldn’t complain. The process was fast, easy & a delight to deal with a car salesman that’s not trying to get over on you & shove more fees in your face at the end of negotiating the deal. Everyone there was polite, helpful & a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend checking this dealership out if your looking for a new car. All there cars are priced aggressively, so you know you’re getting a good deal. Thanks Monza for the great car shopping experience.

I bought a car from Monza Car, and boy was it a fun experience! I always thought buying a used car would be a pain but the sales team was so fun and friendly. They walked me through the process and I had a new car in no time! I strongly recommend them!

Bought a car for my son here in January 2016. They didn’t negotiate but the price seemed good for the model. The process was pretty smooth and I offered cash but let them finance it instead. The car threw a check engine light right after getting it home. I took the car to the manufacturer’s dealership and they made some repairs under warranty but one repair wasn’t covered. Monza wouldn’t stick to the warranty they offered with the car which claims they’d pay half of any mechanical repair costs within 30 days. After discussing it over the phone they only offered me a $ 100 check which hasn’t come yet. The car is running fine now but I wouldn’t buy here again after they backed out on the warranty they offered in writing.
Edit: the $ 100 check showed up but it’s definitely not going to make up for backing out on a warranty.

When I called to inquire about a vehicle for sale, I was astonished people, let alone salesman could be so rude. I was willing to drive 130 miles to get the car i wanted but they lost the sale from their poor business practices over the phone.

It is pretty typical for used car lot. On their website they offered $ 500 more than Carmax. I took my Carmax offer in and the best they would do is match it. The buyer said they only offer $ 500 more than Carmax for cars they wanted. I’m sure they say about every car. Just save the trip and go to Carmax.

Pleasant staff for a small dealership. No frills cooperation. But I’ve noticed their prices are very competitive. There is always a risk when buying a used vehicle but they seem very upfront on what your buying. Do your own diligence and you will be happy. They had me out of there in about an hour total.

I bought my Mercedes SLK (in the pictures here) worked with Alan and Tom. I had ZERO issues completing the transaction in 2011. I’ve used the car for random driving. I’ve repaired some things that were regular maintenance on the SLK but other than that it was a great time working with them. No major complaints except ONE THING, I’ve outgrown the SLK and I need a newER BENZ. Tom Alan my email and phone hasn’t changed in looking for a 2006 – 2010 S550 or The G class… I’ve got to have a big backseat now as selling homes and my SLK don’t go hand in hand. The SLK was in great condition when I bought it and I had Mercedes Benz of Encino redo the two tone interior to give it a brand new look. I put 20k miles on it since 2011 and drive the other car I got a Jetta, all the time.
I do wish the SLK had been black or white that’s my only regret because red isn’t really my fav. Color but it’s a nice car a collectable car in some circles in fact just saw 3 before I wrote this online between 11k and one was an AMG for 25k and mint. I would get a CLK right now today if it was less as the new c-​coupe is coming out and it’s going to make the CLK look it’s age. I like how this dealer prepares the cars for you and has them clean. I see complaints like problems with cars etc. on here but they are used and hey, go get it inspected it’s free to do that. Then decide. It’s not like they have a shortage of vehicles. I replaced all my bushings and control arms breaks and tires as well (Maintenance is the word people) I get it if you drive off the lot and loose control of your axel yeah that’s an issue but not a bushing or control arm after months of ownership.
So I want a G class or S class guys lets do this again!

Went to look at a 2009 BMW 328i advertised on net. Saw 2009 mbz clk convertible on lot.
Liked car test drove etc. In negotiations we agreed to buy it for the price on the sticker. 18 995.00. Told them we would write a ckeck. For the car now. Would pick up after paddle shifter was fixed. Had to ck with owner. Came back and said they need 1000.00 more. Car was priced wrong.
Such BS. Tell me they paid 18 700 for the car. Who in their rite mind would lay out 18 700 and only make 1000.00 Bull. How do you pay commission, rent and lights etc.
Lies all around. STAY AWAY

My husband recently bought me a Toyota Prius from Monza and I have to say, the whole buying experience was very pleasant. Allan was our salesman and he was pleasant and professional. We had spent the weekend test driving other cars from other dealers, both big and mom-​and-​pop types and the car at Monza was by far the cleanest and in the best condition.
Would definately recommend! The team there are nice and up front. As with anything, especially second hand stuff, do your due diligence. Personally, we feel very satisfied by our buying experience.

I had no problem with this place. I bought a 2012 Subaru Outback with low miles, clean carfax report and great price. I think they keep their prices low by turning inventory quickly. They told me this car was purchased at an auction and I found out it was a lease turn in, so I had no problem with that. I would maybe question it if the car was turned for no reason.
No problems with my car and no problems with the dealer. I dealt with Alan and he was no haggles, no bs kind of guy. The only annoying thing was he said he was flexible on price before I went, and he only budged $ 200, but the price was right and I bought it the next day. I was a little hesitant since the lot seems fairly shady. You can tell it’s an old gas station converted to a lot, but that’s probably how the prices stay low, low overhead.

I read some of the bad reviews but noticed Monza still has a pretty good rating and they had a wicked awesome tricked out Hyundai I loved! So without high hopes I emailed the dealer and was promptly contacted. I let them know what I wanted and they told me to come in on a Saturday, so I did.
Listen these guys are really cool but let’s remember that the clientele they have is a luxury brand/BMW/Mercedes’s Benz folks so I think buyers that come here forget that its not a BMW dealer lol its a friggin used dealer remember that people! I went in there not feeling like a privileged potential luxury bran owner but just a regular guy.
I asked questions and they answered them, we were both upfront about everything (I had a trade in) and there was no beating around the bush. These guys are great salesmen that I can see don’t take shit from snooty high profile snobs. And I loved that, I felt we were on the same level. Just realistic people.
Same day I got my car and they took my trade in even though I owed more than it was worth!
I will recommend to everyone I know.

I never experince anything like this, do not trust this deler.
You make your selves look bad and bring these «bad» reviews upon yourselves.

I had the privilege of working with Alan at Monza to help my girlfriend buy her Hybrid Lexus in early October. Our previous car had been stolen and we were down to the wire on finding the right car for us.
We also live in northern California, not remotely close to So. Cal. and had to drive down to pick up the car from the dealership, so needless to say we were a bit nervous about arriving and finding the car «not as described» or somehow otherwise faulty when compared to the images we reviewed online.
Our worries, while rational, could not have been more UNNECESSARY. From start to finish, Alan (and once or twice, Patrick) both assisted us absolutely wonderfully, from all of our homework before leaving our home, 10 hours north, to avoid any sorts of delays, or problems that might lead to us being stranded so far from home.
Some details of why I would absolutely recommend dealing with Monza — and especially Alan — to anyone, and will definitely come back to them for any future vehicles I might need.
1.) They worked with us over the phone, providing carfax reports, maintenance records, and plenty of images (over 30!) of the car in all the important angles to make a decision from a distance feel safer, and more comfortable.
2.) During our lengthy drive down (in our rental car) from Sacramento, we obviously hit some delays, and driving into the San Fernando valley. Alan was INCREDIBLE and stayed over 2 hours after close to help us keep on track for our weekend (which turned into a delightful drive along the coast home). When we arrived in Sherman Oaks, the majority of our paperwork was ready, and he did not begrudge me the few minutes I requested to read over the agreements my girlfriend was signing in a little more detail, looking for hidden clauses, things like that. I can that confidently that our contracts were more than fair, and adhered to all California laws.
3.) The car was EXACTLY as described, runs EXCELLENT, and had no hidden damage or misleading details. In fact, we found that the car was, in fact, SUPERIOR to the listing online, in that it had a premium sound system that was not part of the original listing on Monza’s site.
4.) We are a young couple and enjoy taking our 2 dogs on trips like this, and this was no exception. Our well behaved dogs were waiting in the rental car (Air conditioning on, don’t panic!) when Alan noticed them, and said, «Your dogs looks like they are calm and submissive, do you want to bring them in so you don’t have to run the car?» What an absolute delight to be able to let our dogs out to wander and even come into the office. Now, we train our dogs meticulously, so not every dog should be allowed in, but we really appreciated them allowing us to make this whole process just another bit more comfortable. A++.
5.) We then had to return the rental car at the Hertz up the street, and we were fast approaching the closing time for that location, and the dealership was already technically closed. Alan arranged for a driver to pick us up after dropping off the rental and bring us back to the dealership to wrap everything up. A lot of dealerships will do this, but I still consider it a great convenience that they would do something so small but so thoughtful.
6.) We came in with our loan already prepared, but Alan was able to competitively offer us some additional options for financing, and although we did eventually decline them, having the option to choose which one was right for us was a real consideration.
We had only one small negative moment, and it was so minor that to us, it didn’t take away from the overall 5-​star rating in any way.
Alan was able to tell us to status of our brakes, but we were already 75% of the way through singing all of our paperwork. It would be nice to have known at the beginning of the process, but ultimately, they were still in excellent condition, and it did not affect our decision in the slightest.
We even met the owner, Sher, and he was extremely pleasant and helpful, although he had the air of a busy gentleman who was on his way to dinner or perhaps a business meeting.
Above all, we walked away 100% satisfied with our new car, our coordinated effort to arrive, the flexibility and the willingness to help us be satisfied customers at the end of the day, and the little services and considerations that added up. I wholeheartedly endorse this company to anyone looking for a fair, straight, and pleasant experience when car-​buying.

I had been looking to purchase a new car for a while now, and had gone to many dealerships before I decided to stop here. I was recommended by my good friend, John, and decided to go in!
I have no idea what the rest of the people are talking about because I got such a great car for such a great price!
Not only that, but they answered all my questions with such great service and patience.

The engine and motor just died on me on the road. It’s $ 7k to fix it. The miles were low and there were no accidents.
