We recently refinanced our home using Option One Lending. Marty and Suzy could not have offered more outstanding service. They are excellent communicators and always kept us on top of what was going on. We never even had to contact them to find out where we were in the process because they would email us as we reached each stage. We asked them a million questions and they were always answered immediately, clearly and with kindness.
