He saved my sanity. I spent weeks fighting with A T & T about my phones, and they kept saying all was OK, and I was loosing customers because our phone kept dropping them. I called Lorenzo and he came the next day to see our problem. He came and spent hours on a Holiday and fixed ALL our phone problems (phone, fax, credit card machine and answering machine). FINALLY, I have a system that works, and he explained everything to me before he left. Will never loose his number. Call for prompt, thorough service.

Lorenzo was terrific in helping me get my phones working again after a plastic part (part of an old phone system) had cracked. He was very responsive, very friendly and very accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again!

Our Voice Mail system (Nortel CallPilot) got fried during the recent rain storms. Call around to several phone service companies. The only one who spent any time with me on the phone was Lorenzo. He can up with a temporary solution on the spot and promised to show up first thing next morning.
He was at my office by 8am the next day in spite of heavy rains. Diagnosed the problem, took our box to his tech guy and had it repaired and reinstalled by lunch time! He even sat with our office staff and showed them how to program the phone for future changes.
Lorenzo is extremely professional and competent. He has been fixing phones for a long time. Old school service from a guy with much game, I would recommend him to anyone!
