Everything in there is super expensive and costs like twice or three times what it should. I went there to buy a gift card for a wedding and although the lady who helped me was nice, there was no one on duty at the cashier and I basically just waited around until somebody surfaced.

Do not buy anything from Pottery Barn, specially furniture, they have an outside moving co and they do not know how to put the furniture together and assemple the right way. Pottery Barn basically take your money and you have to call hundreds of time, and none of the people in the furniture dept cares, and you are stock, unless you put a stop on your credit card, they do not do anything for thei faulty matterials. also whatever they say is made in US is load of crap, the boxed all had writtne Made in China.

On August 1st I ordered an umbrella stand. It was delivered with a missing part. I called the store and was sent out the incorrect part. Called a second time and spoke on three different occasions to three different people, Mitch being one of them. I was told the correct part would be delivered no later then Sept the 16th and was given an order number. Today is Sept 25th and still have not received the missing part. I was also told they would pick up the original stand and return it to the store for me. NONEOFTHISHASHAPPENED. A total of 8 phone calls, spoke to 4 different people and nearly 2 months have gone by, NOHELPWHATSOEVER!!! I have been a GREATPB client, NOMORE!!!

THEWORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER!!! My first and VERYLAST time ever going to this location. Neither the employees nor the manager were close to helpful and gave misleading information. It seems as if I knew more than they did about store policies. Never thought spending a great deal of money would come with such bad service and headache… Time for a new set of employees that know the REAL meaning of customer service… Especially when as a customer you patiently waited your turn for over 30 minutes and then it’s your turn and the employee tells you, «I have to finish this… go to another register»… and you have to kindly remind them that you waited your turn like any other customer… I walked out of the store feeling completely shocked at the poor reputation this location is building for Pottery Barn… I would of much rather drive over an hour to another location and WILL do so… even though I live in Sherman Oaks near this location… I HAVENEVER in the MANY Pottery Barn locations or Pottery Barn employees I have crossed EVER been disrespected and given such POORSERVICE!!! I hope Pottery Barn Corp. understands that such lack of service brings very poor value to their product because I would gladly go to a store and gladly will pay given great product and GREATSERVICE!!! Customers tend to stick to the places they have good experiences, and this experiences falls beyond short of the meaning of service!!!

Great customer service! Everytime I’ve been to this store someone has greeted me right away and helped me find exactly what I’m looking for! The last time I was there the manager Jazmin helped me pick out a beautiful faux fur blanket to match my living room based on the pictures I showed her and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. It can be pricey but it’s worth it to me. Everything I have from there is amazing quality and lasts forever! Definitely recommend this Pottery Barn.

You’re better off making your purchase online. Came in to just pick up a couple of small household items and they only had 3 people in there working and 2 of them were helping 1 customer… Just saw me standing at a register and didn’t say a word. I had to ask. The lady looked pissed to tell me she had other employees coming out to help. A few minutes later and still no one sign of help. I gave up and left. I love Pottery Barn but that was horrible service.

Liz and Samantha and Hussein are fabulous and I do not use that word much! My experience at Thousand Oaks is not the same or Valencia or Santa Monica! Sherman Oaks really goes out of their way to give you wonderful customer service! Ask for Liz or Samantha both truly are the best!

Great customer service! Great sales. The manager there Linda is very professional at customer service. And the sales Samantha was very sweet and helpful. We got the prefect piece of furniture, a medium tower for entertainment set, at an unbeatable price at the end of the day. We love it.

Great customer service, and some really nice items. All my drapes and drapery hardware come from Pottery Barn. I had renters in and felt I needed to replace my 7 year old Pottery barn drapes. They, except the panels their animals ripped, were still in perfect conditon. I repainted, changed my color scheme, and once again put up Pottery Barn drapes, after shopping around. Not inexpensive, but not expensive, and reallly do look lovely.
